When they reach halfway from the top Gin looks down."Yin lets stop for a while besides Calumon and Veemon are falling asleep."

It's not much further Robert. We just need to get through this path, then it's a short walk through Gear Savanna. Then we'll be at Network City. Renamon spoke as she looked back at her tamer, Robert.

Robert was feeling the wear of mountain hiking in his legs. They had been walking for what seemed like days. But there was the promise of meeting other tamers. Ever since his first arrival two weeks ago, Robert and Renamon had endured attacks from rogue digimon, the elements and now the rough terrain. And what was worse, his supply of snacks was running low. "As long as we get there before our food supply runs out. I haven't exactly seen anything along the trails that could qualify as edible." Robert spoke.

As they started heading down the trail, Robert saw some rooftops down in the valley. ""Well, looks like there's a place we can bed down for the night."

Renamon looked over to where Robert was pointing. As she did, she saw a few humans and thier digimon moving towards the area as well. "Yes, and it seems you'll have the company of other humans. Look." Robert took a second glance to see the two humans and thier digimon. "Well then, let's step up the pace. I doubt the weather is going to stay favorable as it stands." he spoke before the two of them headed down the sloped passage towards the building.

"This is the ruins of the village that Thanatos and Obsidion grew up in. I go here every now and then in rememberance of those who have been lost to attacks by digimon that abuse their power."

Yin enters the edge of the ruins now.

"There are a few more intact buildings still so it will be a good place for the night."

"There will be two stops, the place we'll be staying over night in for the visit here and the shrine, me and my guys set it up in honor of the lost here."

Yin heads towards the center of the village ruins.

"What are you talking about? I built the shrine to the dead in the middle of town, we can go up the mountian tomorrow. Today I am honoring the dead and sleeping in an old haunt of ours before we decided to try Network city out."

Yin got to the town center and strode towards the mausoleum he had made with Thanatos and Obsidion for help.

Yin reached the door to it.

"Really, this would have been hard to build on the mountian, carrying rubble from around here and all."

He opens the gate and steps into the darkness beyond.

Yin called back into the light from where he stood.

"You have fun with that, we'll be honoring the dead."

Yin then began down the staircase just around the corner.

"Though you know guys," he said speaking to his digimon that were out, "I always wondered quite a bit about why in the world there were catacombs under the town that had an opening in this area, though it made it alot easier to build a proper sized place like this."

They continued into the darkness, Thanatos holding up a fireball to provide light for them.
