I second Celeblin's response. Alexandrian Wica, Central Vally etc. All traditions of the Wica.

The concept of Wicca is older than Wicca itself.

Proof is pretty much every other Pagan religion out there. All of them follow relatively the same principals.

This one maybe not so much...but it still made me headdesk a bit:

I met her when I was about 7 or 8 years old, and immediately knew that it was something that stirred devotion in me.

I have to question the ethics of a person who would willingly teach someone that young without parental permission or approval.
Hel, even with the permission and approval.

She had consent of an educated child who was curious. That was enough for my parents and for her. Enough said. =)
