Seriously, is that a commonly used phrase in England? 'Mong'? There's a girl on my floor here at uni that keeps saying 'Mong-'ead'.

mong to me normally mean's disabled or special need's well thats what people told me anyway, i hardly ever use the word well did when i was younger. soooooo do i look attractive or Mong xD xp
