I didn't realize they were in Haru wo Daiteita because I saw Winter Cicada first then Haru wo Daiteita. But yes, the tragic couple in Winter Cicada is another favorite. And, the pairing that brought me into the yaoi world, Yuki/Shuichi from Gravitation!
First Encounter With Boy/Boy Love: I can't remember. I know the first anime I seen about yaoi was Gravitation. It was like, one day I was watching anime then BAM! I came across Gravitation and never looked back. XD
