Bakuras life started off pretty bad. At the young tender age of five he was kidnapped by a group of cultists for god knows why. Well as the years passed bakura never lost hope and never let his captors break him as he had seen them break so many others. Well over the years he was captive he managed to make a few friends that he would do anything to keep safe. One day when one of his friends was in danger he willingly jumped in harm’s way which cost him a very precious sense: His sense of sight. However bakura didn’t consciously let it get to him and kept pushing on staying strong for his friends. Another few years passed and bakura, now eleven, had grown mostly accustom to his loss of sight. Well one evening as the slaves were being rounded up a commotion broke out near the front of the camp. The commotion turned out to be bakuras sister, a squad of ANBU, and his best friend from before he was kidnapped. All the slaves with families were returned to them which happened to be all but one girl. So business taken care of bakura, his sister, his friend, and the girl all headed back to kiri. When they arrived bakura was in a deep depression over his eyesight. The years of suppressed emotions over the loss of his eyesight finally surfacing. His friends and family were concerned for him but he told them he was fine and forged ahead although he knew he wasn’t. One day he was out in the woods training with the girl they brought back when they heard bleating and snarling nearby. Peeking through the bushes they watched, well listened in bakuras case, as the girl explained what was happening. A small sheep was fighting off a small pack of wolves. No matter how much damage it took it still got right back up and fought off the wolves. Bakura was struck by the bravery and courage of the small sheep. Shortly after, the wolves left seeing the sheep as too much trouble. So racing out bakura and the girl scooped up the sheep and shot towards the veterinary clinic and had him patched up. That day bakura formed a close bond with the little sheep and naming it mar. Shortly after getting mar bakura joined the academy, were he began to develop a technique that would give him some semblance of vision back. Now a few years later, having created and learning aforementioned technique he strives to further his ninja career.

First off, is your character fully blind or partially blind?
If you are partially blind this needs to be changed.
Strengths:

He can see. So his senses will be a tuned but not as greatly as a person who is fully blind. The genjutsu thing will be void because he can sort of see. <<

These dont add up.
Even with the custom you showed me it does not add up. If he is blind he will not see without the aid of that custom. He will have to expend Jutsu all of the time in order to see. Which means if he is going to use it he is going to have to have high chakra levels. You should prepare for that. You can only make a jutsu passive for like a few posts.
First go about this in the sense that he doesnt even have the customs yet and he is fully blind. Then as you go and get those worked on and approved you can go ahead and start incorporating stuff.

William being both scared and angered and only being 12 and knowing of his abilities at a low level didn't help anyone. The three rogues descended on him swiftly, and suddenly with a burst of forest green chakra roots sprang from the ground impaling all of them briskly ending there lives as easy as they had gained them. From then on Will was a orphan, he lived on his own in the forest until he was 15 when he joined Kirigakure in hopes to live for something worth while. |

Fixed! Silly me, skipping a line in the classes section and adding the wrong attribute. And I was having the [2] post reduction as 2 different attributes. Like, 2 one post reductions. On this character, I'm probably just going to be training Taijutsu, so should I just change it to a one post reduction rather than adding a post to something else I'd use? |
