FLUFFY WHITE ICING

3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
5 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. dry skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat for 10 minutes at high speed.
