Who should I quote for the Ilima battle? And speaking of Gym battles. Is the EXP distributed evenly among all Pokemon that participated, or among the party however the trainer wants?

You can quote any of the mods, or a couple if you're not sure who's available to RP it out : )
The exp is generally distributed to reflect their participation in the battle. So if a pokemon was in a battle, and switched out immediately, they'd get less exp than the pokemon that did the rest of the battle, and so on. The specific numbers are determined by the RPer, so long as the portioning makes relative sense.

Just realized I've been misreading the Trial stuff all along, does "First Move: Opponent" mean the Totem Pokemon goes first? And does that include the ally Pokemon?

Yes, the totem goes first of it says "Opponent", and your character goes first if it says "Contender", and yes, the allies move with the totem : )

Alright, thanks again. And priority moves don't change anything, right?

I have a question about Flinching. Say I have a Pokemon that's holding a King's Rock use Bite. Is it a 5/10 (4/10 +1/10) chance, or do I roll two d10s?

And if a Pokemon levels up from a battle while fainted does it heal? I remember someone mentioning leveling up heals Pokemon?

Can we use Heart Scales on Alola Form Pokemon and use their Move Tutor list from ORAS?

Sorry for the wait.
Kings rock actually does not stack with any moves that already have the additional effect of flinching.

and no, pokemon do not heal from leveling up. If they level up while fainted, they are unfortunately still fainted.

Alola form pokemon did not exist in ORAS, therefore, they cannot learn the tutor moves from oras since that moveset does not belong to the alola form pokemon.

Ooh, well that's a bummer. I guess at least I know now that I'll have to catch Kanto-forms first and then evolve them.

Thanks for the answer.

Is there an item that lets Pokemon learn Transfer Only moves?

Yes, that would be the Dream Gem item:

User Image Dream Gem: This strange gem delves into the ancient past to a time called the Link-Cable to teach modem pokemon forgotten moves. Teach any 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th generation pokemon one move it could originally learn but has sense been removed from its move pool. Example would be Pikachu from generation one learning the then TM Payday.
To Obtain: 40 posts in the Dreamyard. Not effected by the ability Pick-Up.

However, this is mostly for moves learned in past generation level up movesets. When it comes to old egg or tutor moves, you can still use Big Mushrooms and Heartscales respectively. For instance, we're aware that Pikachu no longer has a current generation move tutor list, but you can use the list from ORAS for move tutor moves.

What Vigilia was trying to say above is that Alolan Raichu specifically doesn't have a move tutor list because it didn't exist before Alola, but Pikachu did.

Okay. So say I wanted to teach my Alolan Marowak Iron Tail, which is an ORAS move tutor move. I would have to teach it the move as a Cubone with a heart scale and not a dream gem right ?
