Alrighty Zadoc, I can most definitely see that you like and have confidence in this particular avi simply because I've seen you with it on quite a few occasions. I like it, it's got an even balance of white a blue, delivering a light tone with a bit of mysticism behind it. The place of angel wings, just adds more to it. One could say that yo need a halo, but I think that adding a halo would only ruin the idea that you have placed.
Another thing I like is that the exclamation point adds to it rather than takes away, seeming random xD

An interesting spasm of pastel colors... I like it and then I don't like it. It fits all together, but then it doesn't...
All in all, I give you a 8.5/10

The theme is okay and the scarf is another bit of okaaayyy...
Though I'm still bothered with the purple glow...and another blue-ish glow thingy on your hand.

You wrapped up those colors well. You even pulled off the purple flower by matching its individual parts. It's a downright festive avi with a simple style. Good work.
I don't usually give out 10's but I can't figure out anything that might be needed or removed. You've stumped me.
