Now he had a much more daunting task ahead of him, which was assembling a team for Hufflepuff. Looking over the people that applied, he cleared his throat to start. "Hey everyone! If you don't know me, I'm Balder Borson, and I'm the captain of Hufflepuff. My vice captain over here is Ivar Eriksson, so if you have any questions, just direct them our way. Anyway. Glad to see all of you made it out for tryouts, so we're going to go ahead and get started." He glanced down through the forms and realized he'd have to organize them on the clipboard while he was watching tryouts. Oh well, not like he wasn't used to organizing things. He looked over at the players and started mentally separating them for tryouts. "Okay, we're going to separate the group into two teams each of chasers and keepers. Black team, I want Kiki and Candace on your team, with Charlie as keeper. You guys try and score on Yellow team, which consists of Emma and Skylar as chasers with Lydia as keeper. Keepers, your job is to stop as many balls as you can. Shouldn't be too difficult hopefully." He then turned toward the beaters assembled. He knew that Ivar and Hannah were good to go, but the first year needed to actually practice. That, and maybe grow a bit. "Hannah, Ivar, I just want you practicing today. I'm gonna set up some targets for you guys to aim at. Just keep an eye on Chance so that you can advise him as you go." He Lastly he turned toward Melody. "Mel, just go ahead and practice seeker for right now. You don't have to do anything big, just get the dust off and see how much work you need for the new season." It was her last year and she hoped she could win a few games if not the whole season. Listening to the lineup for the day, the seventh year took a moment before getting on her broom. She found herself on the yellow team with Skylar and Lydia. Skylar was a pretty good chaser and this would probably be a lot like a real game. 	Third Year Reserve Chaser - - - Location : Hufflepuff Qudditch Team Try-outs Candace turned around when her friend and housemate called her name. “Hey Skylar,” She greeted the girl as she slowed for the blonde to catch up. “I’m good thanks. How are you?” She asked her as she spun around and headed for the forms. She didn’t dare think about Kimberly at that moment. Once Balder gave them the teams, Candace jumped up from her stretching spot. “Good luck Sky. Let’s do our best up there.” She said along with a bright smile. They were going to do great! She could feel it. The two ended up on different teams. So with Candace on the black team and Skyler on the yellow team she hopped onto her broom. “Okay here goes nothing…” She said jumping into action as the quaffle was tossed. 	Siobhan'Hannah'Grey Hufflepuff Prefect │ Seventh Year │ Seventeen Years Old │ Single │ Hufflepuff Beater "I was ready when we boarded the train, Ivar," Hannah responded to her friend and teammate. "Let's get this done." Hannah floated up into the air on her broomstick, enjoying the sensation of having her feet off the ground again. She was actually kinda glad she wouldn't be lining up shots on 'live targets' for tryouts, Hannah didn't like tagging the younger students with a Bludger, not considering her attitudes about her Prefect responsibilities. It wasn't a good way to engender interest in the game to start off with breaking bones. Once they made the team, she was more of a mind to take her shots, and the gloves came off when it was time for a real match. Once the scrimmage started, she looked around, spotted a Bludger, and lined up a shot. Let the season begin.
