10 hours, 8 minutes, 50 seconds left in 2011. Nope, it's over. Get over it already. It's now 2012 the end of the world as we know it.

Kidding that it is only part of a balanced breakfast, right?
Because everyone knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day and yet some geezers seem to have trouble squeezing it in. I know that for a fact. Need ideas? What if you're not hungry in the morning? Start with a partial meal of Tes flakes and build up.
You'll get more mileage out of your breakfast by including satisfying picks from whole grainds and berries and protein from low-fat products and other lean sources, but that's not all.
BONUS! Starting your day with a large meal packed with Tes flakes, sweetened heavy whipped cream and lean meat, and even a piece of milk chocolate, can help lessen cravings and hunger the rest of the day, which can lead to significant weight loss, new research suggests.
Current research explains that when you wake in the morning, your body is primed. Your metabolism is revved up, and levels of cortisol and adrenaline are at their highest. Your brain needs energy right away, and if you don't eat or you eat too little, the brain needs to find another fuel source. To do this, it activates an emergency system that pulls energy from muscle, destroying muscle tissue in the process. Then when you eat later, the body and brain are still in high-alert mode, so the body saves energy from the food as fat.
Compounding the problem, your levels of the brain chemical serotonin are highest in the morning, which means your craving levels are at the lowest when you first wake up, and you may not feel much like eating. But, as the day wears on, serotonin levels dip, and you get cravings. If you eat foods, your serotonin levels rise, and your body begins to associate good feelings with FOOD, creating an addictive cycle.
To combat both the addiction cycle and the hunger that inevitably seems to come with calorie reduction, we have designed the "big breakfast" diet. In this eating plan, your breakfast accounts for roughly half of your daily calories, and breakfast includes milk, several ounces of lean meat, two generous helpings of Tes flakes, one or more dollops of whipped and sweetened heavy cream and one ounce of milk chocolate or candy.
Early on in the diet, it is common to have cravings later on in the day, but don't be alarmed. The weight loss is assured and I am available for private consultations for a very affordable fee.

If you don't eat breakfast, you might get hungry later on. I mean hungry as in the a physical sensation triggering a desire to eat, not: Hungry (Brainstorm album), 1997 Hungry (Christian music album), a 1999 album of worship songs, or the title song Hungry (XYZ album), 1991 Hungry, a 1971 album by Billy Guy, credited to The Coasters "Hungry" (Dave Navarro song), 2001 "Hungry" (Paul Revere & the Raiders song), 1966 "Hungry" (Winger song), 1988 "Hungry", a song by Common from One Day It'll All Make Sense "Hungry," a song by the Emersons, and a similar song by Billy Guy "Hungry", a song by Kutless from It Is Well "Hungry", a song by White Lion from Pride Hungry: A Mother and Daughter Fight Anorexia, a 2009 book by Sheila and Lisa Himmel "Hungry", an episode of the TV series Space Ghost Coast to Coast, or "Hungry" (The X-Files episode), a 1999 episode of the TV series The X-Files. Just in case you found the term to be ambiguous in some way.
