Hope the kind So, I'll be facing Misty pretty soon. Should I quote a Mod before challenging her or should I only do that after I have defeated her?
If you're required to, or simply desire to do your gym battle with a mod, then you'll need to quote one of us before you begin, essentially challenging the gym leader. After that, you'll just need to post in the approval thread to make sure everything was done right (Even when you're doing it with one already, having another mod look things over is always a good idea), and then you'll receive your rewards as needed.
I haven't had a chance to look over your circumstances specifically, but generally you'll need to have a mod battle with you for the first two or three gym battles, just to make sure you've got a good handle on the system. If we think you've got it, you can then do the battles yourself, and just quote us when you're done, or you can still have a mod RP the gym leaders for you if you so desire.

Loonamist Shadow - Dragon Question for the EXP reset event. So I have two level 100 Pokemon on my team. The reset does nothing for them but there's no reason for me to switch them around just for one post then switch them back out. Can I replace them for Pokemon I'm going to train later, re-RNG if I get them or am I SOL if I get 1 or 2 in the RNG? -edit a bit for clarification- I guess I am just confused on how to set up active party. Does that mean make a post with the rearranged party or....? I'm so sorry this didn't get responded to sooner, SD. Normally, you have to rearrange your party in a post, and use that party list for the RNG. That will be the case in the future. Since this is our fault for taking so long, though, if you already rolled, you can reroll if you got one of the level 100's. In the future, though, you'll have the switch the team around if you don't want to take the risk of rolling a pokemon it'll have no effect on.
I've actually held off at the moment but I want to clarify. I would need to make a post where Simon randomly takes out two Pokemon for two other random ones for just that one post, do the roll then switch them back out?

Yes. You can also just rearrange the party without RPing it out, so long as there's a post of reference where the pokemon are in the order you say they're in (otherwise it's harder to be sure it wasn't just thrown together for convenience, in general)

What does that mean? Like Simon's in Laverre Town training. So next training post just suddenly has the two Pokemon replaced? Do the EXP reset. Then next post has the team back to normal? No RPing to the Pokecenter or anything? Yes. Unless the pokemon are in the PC, then they have to be pulled from the PC. You can come up with an RP reason for it, like his pokemon messing around with his stuff, if you need, but there does need to be a post with the pokemon in the order you use.
Yeah I don't have Out of Party Pokemon anymore due to a previous misunderstanding. It'll look weird then, to move Pokemon around in a post but if it's not scrutinized under a fine point it should work.

Yeah, it's mostly just to keep people from fabricating teams out of nothing, so we have the post to reference.
