The gold and blue accents look a tad off because there isn't quite enough of them, I think, but it is overall very nice. The torn dress, gold mask, and treble-clefs aren't exactly related, though. seven tenths!

This avitar kind of has a Luke Skywalker is about to be eaten by a dragon feel. So Sci-fi mixed with fantasy isn't bad. But you need more of a balance, the dragon doesn't fit with the sci-fi theme but everything else does.
8/10 sounds about right
You could try to focus on just one of the two areas. Or make your avitar a better mix of both.

I was here... 7/10. I really like the blue theme, but I don't love the hair or the visor. The visor has a bit too much purple in it, so it kinda throws it off a bit. The shades that Milliani may look better...or the ones with the heavy black frame that are kinda bug-ish. I think that they would match more smoothly 3nodding ...and then I was gone.
