Hmm I'd say a week, it inflated recently so it's going to take longer than I thought. Hopefully it won't get any more expensive

Does Lake Kindred give a lot of gold? I know that it can be a bit...slow at times so it can be frustrating to play it

It does. Killing two particular kindred(Sycamorte trees) give you 1-2bil gold and recently an area has been dropping RIGs that can pocket you 2 bil if you sell it in the MP.
It's very repetitive and boring though, not to mention that you have to grind expensive kin to be even able to kill those darn trees...
