To put it nicely;
Everything MADTV makes fun of, someone's going to love. It's all in good fun, guys. They also made fun of the Seinfeld guy, and it's not like they were tearing our boys apart. I thought it was funny, and they did a really great job.

I REALLY dont find this amusing either! I mean WTF!? how much gayer can you get...MAD TV should me kicked off the air and then burned...anyone who is going to make fun of mcr are assholes in my book!

Shura-Pendragon I hated it. Why? Because it wasn't funny at all, it was just retarded and not very well thought out. God....this video really pissed me off. Agreed.

it was funny to a point but madtv has done much better parody's before and sadly tjis was not a good one

eh, don't worry about it. MADtv is a really bad attempt at SNL ((although MAD magazine is hilarious!)) MADtv isn't even that funny and was cancelled.
i kno they were trying to poke fun at the whole micheal richards thing and mcr, but the parody sucked.

ghostmelody I know I'll probably get some bad replies about this, but I thought it was hilarious. I know MCR is my favorite band and I know MadTV were poking fun at them, but they weren't, like, bashing them. I don't know if you guys know this, but MadTV does this kind of thing all of the time. The fact that it's MCR who's involved in the joke doesn't seem like a good reason to form a lynch mob and storm the studio. I positively adore My Chemical Romance, but I mean... come on. If I can laugh at parodies of other bands and artists, I'm not not gonna laugh because MCR are the ones in the spotlight. I'm actually proud of MCR for being big enough that they would be parodied anywhere, let alone on MadTV.
(and you gotta admit, they did an incredible job with the uniforms and the backdrop)
P.S. I can't watch it because I'm at school, so I can't jugde if it's funny or not. But, the point is they do it ALL the time and we shouldn't take offense to it. I'm sure MCR doesn't!!! biggrin
