I don't recall me being creeped out by yaoi or whatnot. I found it highly fascinating actually. I wasn't so into it ((meaning obsessed like I am now)). I always thought it was okay because I never knew two guys could actually be tagethers xBBB My friend actually introduced me to shonen ai.. then yaoi XD heart
I feel so awkard saying all this XD sweatdrop

I don't think I was ever disgusted at yaoi or BL. I think it all started when I was eleven and I found an Inuyasha yaoi shrine. At first I thought it was pretty weird but once I started reading the fanfics and looking at the fan art I was like, "This is pretty hot..."

I didn't think there was anything wrong with it. It just turned me on. The only thing that scared me was that I was 9 and didn't know how to delete my history (it was on the computer) so I was worried that mommy would find out o.o

I had unusual attraction towards a male classmate when I was in grade 2 back in china, though I never actually know there was such thing as homosexuality, I was semi-innocent back then, until I came to canada in grade 5, and found a porn site, I had no idea what those guys on there were doing(innocent, or hopelessly clueless), but I really liked watching that.........and yeah....

First time I saw men kissing, I was thinking...
Uh... wow. Mabye I should close out... but... it is kinda sexy. I mean I am not gay! It is just that... men kissing... *stares for like 5 minutes and Sora and Riku making out in a picture*
So I eventually got to love the yaoi. ^_^

When I first encountered it? Yes - yes it did. But that was because the characters being slashed were Goku and Vegeta, and my creeped-out-ness was something along the lines of AAAAH NO NO NO THEY'RE NOT GAY THEY'RE BOTH MARRIED WITH KIDS DAMMIT.
