I joined! ...Now what? Meeting, greeting, and direction

-Anyway.
I'm still young, in comparison to alot of the WH40k crowd, or so i've seen
-Going on 28 in May, but I still enjoy the hobby.

However i'm not rich enough to really delve into the painting or anything like that. Same reason I didn't collect Magic cards.

I have a few decks but that's about it.

How did ye all get into it?

A good friend of mine back in high school (he was my Sophmore math teacher) first showed me the codexes, figures, and White Dwarfs. He also made me promise not to get into Warhammer because once you do you will never have money again. I stayed away from Warhammer for almost 20 years, but i just couldn't stay away. And yes, I am broke.

I play Eldar with mostly Harlequins and am fairly new to the game also!

Welcome to the guild! Nowadays you might be right about age, then again I was 13 when I started this place. xd I know we have an art thread somewhere (Chatterbox I think?), please feel free to post some of your stuff! I love the vivid imagery of the 40k universe, so much material for inspiration!
