I never seen a episode of the new MLP. But have just started to watch a bunch of clips on YouTube.

I can see why the show is so popular! XD
My favorites are Fluttershy, PinkiPie and Rareity. whee They seem like they get the best lines! xd

You know, I never would have seen it, if it wasn't for my kids. They were talking about a new show that some of the kids at school liked, and they had me try to find it on netflix(Naturally, not there.)

So I tried Youtube, and watched the first two episodes. And I was hooked.

And not because of Pinkie, though that was a big part of it.

But I loved the bit with the Apple Family. because that's MY family in a nutshell. We have family reunions with like 400-500 peeps in it.

I knew it had to do with your kids!

I actually hated the show at first. It was always on /co/ and it always drove me crazy. I even made fun of friends who liked it.
Then I watched the 1st episode and couldn't really stand to watch it so I gave up.

THEN I read a thing where Faust talked about how her show was made for everyone to enjoy so if grown men liked it; why not.
And I respected that so I went to watch it again.

First 2 episodes were meh but I LOVED Fluttershy! I was certain that she'd be my absolute favorite.
I couldn't finish Ticket master because it was sooo obvious. (It would later turn out to be better than expected)

And then I watched Applebucking season.
And fell in love with AJ. Like she just kicked me in the stomach and made herself my favorite.
1. I love cute southern accents
2. I have no idea. She just...she has never made me mad.
I love her entire family too. <3~~

So it was AJ and Fluttershy as my favorites for a long time. Really never liked Rainbowdash or Twilight; still really don't. Rarity I didn't like too much she was you know "dat b***h"
But then the dress making episode I was so "awwhhhhh" but I still didn't like her.

Then came the live streams to read bad fanfiction heheh and Rarity is obviously used a lot. So I had to listen to someone read off of overly sexualized Rarity; and I totally laughed along.
And then I just felt kinda bad. Like Poor Rarity having to deal with everyone making her a c** dumpster...
So I've fallen in love with her now too @_@
I guess now it's more AJ, Rarity, Fluttershae, Twilight, annnddd dislike RainbowDash.

I got into ponies because I heard a lot about them, both good and bad. I decided to see what all the hubbub was about, and caught it one day while flipping though the guide on the TV. My first episode was "Over a Barrel" It was descent so far. I didn't love it, didn't hate it. And then one of them made a dumb little pun, and I laughed for. Ever. at it, and then I just kept watching and watching.
