Definitely! Thanks for the words of encouragement, I know I only have about 5-6 lbs to go but it's these last few that are the worst. ;__; But as far as the deficit goes, I burn roughly 1500 calories a day, I eat 1200 and burn 200. Or, I try anyway. 3nodding

IN: Breakfast: egg beaters + .125c cheese + vitamin + PCH Snack: -- Lunch: turkey burger + 100cal sandwich thin + ketchup/mustard Snack: 100 calorie popcorn + sunchips Dinner: chicken breasts (2) + ketchup lol Snack: hearts of palm + CHOCOLATE D:
OUT: shoveling stalls (20 minutes), 8minute abs, 8minute buns
18 Days. 119.6lbs. +4.6 lbs from goal. +1.6 lbs from travel goal (11 cool .

Plans for the rest of the day: ☆ Take CH3/4 Quiz 87% /: ☆ Go ride DaVinci, make feed bags, clean stall rained, no riding. did chores though. ☆ Study for PLA Exam 1 ☆ Workout (Abs/Butt) ☆ Tan 20 minutes (optional, got a bit red yesterday) rained. ☆ Look at African Lit syllabus and start reading
So I ate a bit too much, I was perfect until I had the chocolate. Oh, well. I only have about a 200 calorie-deficit today so I'm going to have to aim for 700 calories a day for 4 days (until Tuesday) to make up for it. Not hanging out with friends at mealtimes helps. Otherwise I'll have to be annoying and insist on home cooking or subway haha. No one minds but still. Oh well.
Also my friend called me like 4 times yesterday. He's generally very hard to get in touch with so I was quite flattered. C: *swoons* Today he called me, too! We talked for about a half hour (also quite rare). I'm thankful he's around really, and I think that talking to him so often has raised my spirits quite a bit [as if you can't tell xD] and helped me remain positive and wanting to lose weight. :3
