My weight fluctuates a lot. Also my eating habits have sucked royally the past week or so. I need to get my butt in gear!

I'm starting to shut down, I can feel it. /:

My eating habits have gotten haphazard and I've been exercising inconsistently. kshdfkdjhfs. I can not can not can not afford to let myself go when I'm leaving in 20 days!

Ok, I want to be 118lbs for my trip. That is doable. It's 3.2lbs from now which is 11,200 calories that I have to burn in 18-ish days. So I'm going to have to aim for 625 calories as a deficit per day. This is really doable if I stick to 1,200 calories per day and exercise. The deficit is kind of high but I can aim high! And it'll keep me on track I think. Because my "OUT" has been really pathetic lately. ):

I ate more today but it wasn't as much processed crap so I am actually a few under on calories while still being really full, eep. I've also been chewing almost nonstop on sugarless gum. Mmm~
Also, 8 minute buns kicked my... buns.

600-ish calories is definitely doable if you really stick to your exercise. You can do a 500 calorie deficit from your diet and then get about 100 calories burned via exercise. You can do it!

Definitely! Thanks for the words of encouragement, I know I only have about 5-6 lbs to go but it's these last few that are the worst. ;__; But as far as the deficit goes, I burn roughly 1500 calories a day, I eat 1200 and burn 200. Or, I try anyway. 3nodding

So I ate a bit too much, I was perfect until I had the chocolate. Oh, well. I only have about a 200 calorie-deficit today so I'm going to have to aim for 700 calories a day for 4 days (until Tuesday) to make up for it. Not hanging out with friends at mealtimes helps. Otherwise I'll have to be annoying and insist on home cooking or subway haha. No one minds but still. Oh well.

Also my friend called me like 4 times yesterday. He's generally very hard to get in touch with so I was quite flattered. C: *swoons* Today he called me, too! We talked for about a half hour (also quite rare). I'm thankful he's around really, and I think that talking to him so often has raised my spirits quite a bit [as if you can't tell xD] and helped me remain positive and wanting to lose weight. :3

Very cool. (: I had to look it up. I've got a little bit of an olive complexion so I didn't crisp up too bad, but I got too much color for a first tan day so I need to back off for a day or two and start again probably tomorrow and for a lot less time haha. (:

The sun here has been killer though, 100+ degrees in the middle of the day D:

Water, especially ice cold water, can frequently increase weight loss, mostly by diluting salt and decreasing bloat. As for metabolism, what you mentioned about the occasional extra calories triggering one's metabolism definitely works. Perhaps it was time to change things up a bit.
And tanning is definitely tricky - perhaps using a little more sunscreen would slow it down. I tend to burn initially, which later fades into a tan, so it's possible the redness will evolve into a darker tan.
