WW helped my mom lose 15lb but then she let herself get in the way. Then she gave up. gonk

So, in conclusion: I do believe WW helps as long as you don't give up on yourself.

So I had soda for the first time in months yesterday and thanks to that I haven't slept since I woke up at noon yesterday crying

exercise -- 1/2 hr walk with the doggiez (196)

bkfst -- cereal (360 w/ milk)

snack-- string cheese (60 cals)

lunch -- chicken salad salad. I have no idea how many cals.... 50 for the salad, 30 for the dressing, and maybe 300 cals for the chicken salad. (400 cals) I'm rounding up to be on the safe side.

I've been dreading the scale for a little over a week. Manned up and stood on it and I was at 194.4lbs~!

exercise -- walking all over campus (equals an hour)

bkfst -- n/a

snack-- n/a

lunch -- quaker snack 90 cals

snack -- quaker snack (2 of them) 180 cals

dinner -- grilled chicken with bbq sauce and salad. Tomatos.

water -- oz/64oz

I walked the dogs for an hour.
