Akriest watched Rhea, a little curious as to how she knew so much on weaponry... but then again, Sparta was very famous for being proficient in all of the weapons she'd named. As for Jarod's comment... well, he had to smile. Not many people said that, these days...  

[Noltic]

Nich looked at her in amazment. For he was truly amazed. It was almost as if he had completely missed his rude joke.

"Suta... Im not worried about you turning me. Im worried about not having enough blood. Alchemists dont have alot to spare. Thats why most get a blood circle tatooed into their skin. See every time i do alchemy it takes energy from the surroundings, and i am part of those surroundings. Id love to help... but i cant let you bite me its too risky."

He smiled and brushed her hari from her face with a soft touch. Her skin was slightly cold to the touch, but that made touching her all the more interesting.

"You dont have to worry about me Suta, I'll be fine by myself."

Suta smiled sweetly toward Nich, blushing lightly from his brief contact. Ah! He feels so warm! She closed her eyes, enjoying the blissful sensation that passed all too quickly. "Just so you know, you are the first alchemist I have ever met. There just isn't too many in Japan now adays, so I don't know much about them."
She still had her eyes closed as she said these words. However, one of her black emo boot's laces came undone, and Suta, obviously not paying attention to them and totally oblivious to the fact, stepped upon the untied lace with her other boot and sprawled through the air, falling forward with quickening speed. Her face made a loud thud that echoed in the halls, amplifying her moment of total embarassment tenfold. "Ow!" was all Suta-raito could say... or do at the moment... and she could just faintly hear the creak of a door up a ways ahead.

Naomi had just finished her phone call when she heard a far off thud that sounded like something heavy falling. Out of curiosity, she poked her head through the now open doorway, and noticed two students down the hall, one of them, a female, flat on her face. "Oh my! I hope she's all right!" Naomi spoke aloud to herself. She dashed off in the direction of the distressed student, her heels making loud clapping sounds on the semi-ornately tiled floor.  

[Noltic]

Man... woah what a rush hat was. Nich hadnt been able to react at all... they hadnt even been moving much. This girl was obviously kinda clumsy. This made her all the more likeable.

"Suta come on your okay right?"

Nich stooped down andscooped her up back onto her feet.

Suta shakily hoisted herself up with Nich's help, rubbing her now lightly bleeding nose. She was were pink from blushing heavily and her forehead and nose as well for landing upon the two uprised features on her face, and small specks of dust were falling like discolored snow off her starlight skin. She smiled, however, an embarassed smile nonetheless. "Well, that was a little humiliating." Suta-raito brushed off her outfit, getting the main problem away for the moment. "Sorry, that tends to happen frequently. Heh heh," laughing nervously, she looked around. "Hey, where's Yuffie?"

((when I wrote that last sentence I thought of those 'Where's Waldo' books I used to look at when I was just a child... Oh and if anyone cares and didn't know this already, suta-raito is Japanese for starlight... which makes sense for my character, does it not?))

Naomi finally caught up to the two students, the previously fallen student already up but bleeding slightly. "Hey, are you alright there?"

Suta-raito looked at the direction of the new voice, "Yeah, I'm alright but thank you for the concern. I just have a bloody nose and a bit embarassed, that's all."

A little ways back, Yuffie was padding her way back to the dorms, obviously bored with the little tour and already hungry again. Her slanted emerald eyes shown brightly in the darkened hallways, her jetblack fur rippling with every move and glinted the light of the moon, sometimes giving the effect that she was just a tad transparent.
She found her way back quickly, following her master's initial scent from when they were first in the Cafeteria. Yuffie's ears swiveled this way and that, hearing a few voices that briefly caught the attention of her tiny eardrums. Once at the door, however, she sat down and licked her forelimb, then gave a motion that resembled a no, and dashed through the closed doorway in a wisp of smoke before solidifying on the other side once more.  

[Noltic]

Nich handed Suta a handkercheif. Then he brushed his hand against the wall. He closed his eyes and furrowed his brow.

"Suta... your cat is in the dorms... she's quite the inquisitive little creature."  

[Dolphinwhale]

((No she's not, she's in Suta's dorm))

Yuffie finished her meal of tuna fish nibblets quickly, sitting and staring at the direction of the almost full moon. After about two minutes, she got up, padding her way to the drab comforter and leaped upon it. Lightly clawing to soften the spot, Yuffie made herself more comfortable and laying down. She fell asleep quickly, soft purrs carrying in the ghost of the wind.

Suta-raito wiped off the small trickle with the handkerchief. "Thanks Nich," she smiled happily, handing back the cloth with the bloodstained corner. Then waving with her hand, she spoke once again. "Okay, let's go!"  

[Noltic]

((I OBVIOUSLY knew that... why woud you disagree, when my post OBVIOUSLY already said that wink ))

Nich smiled and placed his hand on her back to guide her.

"Where're we goin, back to the dorms to find your cat?"

Nich was quite emotional right now, but more confused than anything. This girl was making for quite the interesting date.

Rhea looked at Jarod "For us battle is won if we work together, no man can survive if he has no one to fight with him. but yes you need your heart and mind with you to stay alive in battle."

Akriest chuckled and stepped up, patting Rhea's shoulder. "I think it depends, really, but you have a valid point." he shrugged, smiling.  

[Noltic]

Jarod smiled as the rather silent boy stepped up. They were both so young and it invigorated him.

"Now dont take this the wrong way Rhea, but brotherhood breeds strong armies, and strong nations, not strong warriors. Rhea, Sparta is no more, and ever since its demise there has been no other instances of such comradery. It is a different age, and you must learn to trust in your own skill."

Jarod said this in a frank manner, that was not uncompassionate. Jarod turned to the other student.

"j'ou take my class too?"

Akriest grinned, liking this instructor already. "Mmhm. Why else would I be here? well..." he glanced sidelong at Rhea. "Besides to escort a beautiful woman, that is."

Rhea felt a small electric jolt make its wa through her wneh he said that she was beautiful. She started to blush slightly she could feel teh warmth on her cheeks. "Th...Thank you Akriest." Rhea managed to blurt out.  

[Noltic]

Jarod's eyes widened in surprise, but they were soon replaced by squints of laughter as he grinned massively. He turned to Akriest and laughed.

"It seems that women were predictable even in Spart eh. Whatever the case, you two had best be gettin to bed, if you did take my class... i guarantee you'll nedd to be gettin up early."

With that he turned from them back to his tent.
