Not really. In terms of rareness that is. In my mind I would be glad to get any rookie level digimon but some people like having high leveled digimon so it all depends on how you look at it.

Good idea.
So far I am thinking of having three main secetions.
One for chance
One for Roleplaying
and one for a Game of some sort.
