Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

Alex chuckled a bit and nodded. "You're wish is my command." He laughed and stretched a little. "By the way, we still have to teach each other about the vehicles. Me about bikes and you about cars." He nodded.

((Yeah, I haven't been on much lately either. I got the worst teachers I could. And they like to give homework. sad ))

She placed her empty plate in the sink and sat on his lap. "Yeah, we can teach each other on Saturday. You know, after our families leave." She shrugged and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Alex nodded happily and wrapped his arms around her waist. He kissed her quickly and smiled. "So, should we get ready for work?" He asked her softly.

"Ooo, yeah." Eva jumped off of his lap and ran upstairs. Quickly, she changed into her work clothes and headed downstairs as she waited for Alex.

Alex chuckled. "That was quick." He teased and ran upstairs. A few moments later he came down in his work clothes. "Okay, I'm good."

Eva shrugged. "I'm just excited to go." They walked outside and Eva hoped into the car. As they reached the shop, Leroy was just walking in. He noticed them and stopped. "Hey stranger." She said as she got of the car. Leroy ran up to her and embraced her in a big hug. "Easy Leroy." She giggled.

"Sorry." He told her and put her down. "So how was the honeymoon?"

Alex got out of the car and walked up to the two. "Fantastic." He smiled. "Although I'd appreciate you didn't crush my wife." He said, laughing a bit. "How have you been since we left?"

Leroy embraced Alex in a tight hug and whirled him around. "I missed you buddy!" He laughed as he set him down. "The shop as been boring without you guys. I've been good but I got to talk to Eva for a moment so could you give us a minute, Alex?" He asked a little nervous. Eva looked at Leroy curiously wondering what he could have wanted to talk about.

I wonder if it's about Jessica. She thought to herself.

"No problem." Alex said, now a little dizzy. He gave Leroy a thumbs up and walked off to get his tools.

Leroy waited until Alex walked inside. "Alright, what's up?" Eva asked.

"Have you heard from Jessica yet?" He asked. Eva shook her head.

"No, why?" She asked.

"I can't stop thinking about her and she won't call me. I need you to talk to her. Please." He begged. Eva put her hands on his shoulders.

"Yeah, I'll talk to her and tell her to call you. I'll get the scope and then talk to her ok?" She told him and the two of them walked back inside. Eva began to fix on a bike, something she had been longing to do.

Alex watched the two come in then slid under a car and started to work on it.

After awhile Leroy walked past Eva but stopped for a moment. "Lunch time, Eva."

"Ok, I'll get Alex and we'll meet you there." She told him and found her husband under a car. She grabbed another skate and slid next to him. "Hello my love." She smiled. "Lunch time."

Alex looked over at her for a moment and then kissed her cheek quickly. "Okie dokie. Let me just..." He tightened a nut and some liquid spewed out from a nearby pipe. "Um... this may take a minute." He said and smiled innocently.

Eva giggled. "That's fine. This would be a good time to teach me about cars. Or at least start to." She said and took a rag from her pocket. She wiped his face and then smiled. "There. Better. You had some liquid on your face."

"Thank you." Alex said with a nod. "Okay well obviously you don't do what I did." He chuckled and started to explain a few different things to her.
