GIkishou looked at him in surprise, about to eat his muffin. "Really? What was it?" He asked curious and anxious to find the answer to the question, the answer that would crush him or make him invincible. The words 'I love you', or 'I don't love you.' that could decide everything for him.

"Well, last night I figured that... How should I say it?" Kyo was lost in his words. It was as if he was trying to stall the time. There wasn't even a reason for that. After quite a bit of thinking, he decided that he shouldn't use up anymore precious time. "I... I love you."

And just like that, everything broke inside of Gikishou, unable to contain the joy he felt. He set down the food and hugged Kyo, kissing him softly. "I love you too, Kyo." He kissed him again and hugged him close before remembering that they had to eat, and his precious Kyo had to eat. He sheepishly let him go and put the tray in front of him again. "Sorry, food first, then hugs." He couldn't stop smiling as they ate, and some of the giddiness had worn off, just enough to make him reign in his joy a little bit.

Kyo had almost been completely surprised by the reaction, but at the same time he was happy. The burden on his heart, that he had ignored up until now, had practically dissolved and now no longer existed. It was amazing how a conflict that lasts for such a long time could disappear so quickly.

Once they finished eating, Gikishou kissed him again, lightly."I'll go do the dishes." He told Kyo, getting up and taking the tray down with him, happily cleaning up the kitchen and humming.

Once Giki-san left, Kyo let himself lie on the bed again, almost as if he was worn out with relief. He stared at the ceiling, feeling as if he had woken up from a wonderful dream. But he knew this wasn't a dream. It was real, and almost too good to be true.

Gikishou finished and came back up, smiling when he walked through the door. "So what do you want to do today? We'll do whatever you want, and I mean whatever you want. It can be the park or the zoo or the aquarium again, I'm all yours." He told him, kissing his cheek.

Kyo smiled and shook his head. "Isn't there somewhere we haven't been to that you'd like to go to?" he asked. "If we've already been to all the places that you like, then I guess we can think of something else to do." At first, he had been thinking about going to the puppet theater, but he once again didn't want to take advantage of Giki-san's desire to make him happy.

GIkishou thought for a moment. Another place he liked? "I'm not sure if you'd like the other places... they're a little rough around the edges." He told him, smiling and siting down beside him. "So what do you want to do?"

"I don't exactly know," Kyo said, now feeling a little confused about what to say next. "I would like to visit the puppet theater again, but I want to know if you have any other plans."

Gikishou shook his head. "I have no plans today, so we can go to the puppet theater." He told him with a smile.

Kyo was glad, mainly because he didn't seem to be interfering in any plans. It would be terrible to him if he did, because then he would be somewhat of a burden.

Gikishou kissed his cheek lightly. "Now, let's get dressed and ready." He told him, cheerfully picking out some clothes for himself. After all, if they wanted to go to the puppeterium, then they couldn't go in pajamas.

"Right, right," Kyo agreed, getting off the bed and starting to look for something to wear. After a little while of searching, he had picked out a plaid shirt and comfortable jeans. It didn't really seem like much, but not many people wore too many clothes each day.

Gikishou smiled and went to get dressed in the bathroom while Kyo decided on what to wear, coming out and waiting outside of his door for Kyo to be ready.
