"Truth." Gikishou answered with a chuckle, having fun. Two minutes left until the soup was done.

"Okay. So, if you could have a pet, what pet would you have?" Kyo asked. Apparently, the game was a game of randomness. The question or request depends on the caller.

Gikishou smiled. "A dog. There's less clawing and a lot more petting than a cat." He answered. "Truth or dare?"

"Truth," Kyo replied. He noticed that the room was a little darker. Could it have something to do with the lighting?

"Do you think I'm annoying?" He asked, seeing that the soup was done and scooping it out. It was really just the first question that came to mind.

"Annoying? Of course not. Why do you think that?" Kyo answered and asked. Now he was so surprised that he had forgotten what to say next. Aside from being surprised, he was also worried. Had he done something wrong so the question was brought up?

Gikishou looked a little embarrassed. "Well... sometimes when I try to do things for you, you find a way to get out of it, and I wonder if I ever get annoying, trying to do things for you that you like." He admitted.

"The reason why I try to get out is because I felt guilty for taking advantage of your kindness," Kyo said, still worried. "I never thought you were annoying. I just didn't want you to do too much for me. I'm sorry if I made you think I was annoyed."

Gikishou kissed his forehead, hugging him. "It's not taking advantage of it if you enjoy the things I do for you." He told him, tilting his chin up. "I do them because I want to make you happy, and smile, and laugh." He pulled away reluctantly and set the two bowls of cooling soup on the table. "If you just smile, it's worth it."

"If you want me to smile, then all you need to do is exist," Kyo said. "You never had to do all that." He was glad that Giki-san wanted him to be happy, but he never had to do so much for that happiness. It's not like it's very hard to make him smile.

Gikishou smiled, hugging him. "I'm glad that you value me that much. Even if the dance tonight didn't hold the final answer we were waiting for, at least I know I'm important to you in some way..."

At that very moment, Kyo was happy, much like a person would be in Heaven. He was sure that he had died unexpectedly, but then Giki-san would be sad.

Gikishou saw that he was happy and smiled, hugging him closer and kissing his hair. "Well, we better eat before the soup gets cold. "He told him, since the soup was very warm, which was what they had wanted.

"Yeah, I agrees," Kyo said, soon tasting his soup. He had to admit that it was delicious, as usual. It wasn't a surprise, but it was definitely appreciated. Their current setting was quite comfortable as well, granted that they were two close companions having some warm soup on a rainy night.

Gikishou ate his happily, one thought running through his head without fail, and made him feel even warmer than the soup. 'I make him happy...'
