I have not read a book in a week. I am slowly dying now.The two may or may not be related.

I week without a book? I shudder to think. I found my book again last week and now it's gone again. I found another book of mine under the couch. Before it was` moved it was on the dining room table. We never use the table to eat at we just pile crap on it. Still I have to wonder what the appeal in moving my books is. At least I have Dandalion Wine back.

I carry three books with me at all times. On my person. So, it is hard for me to lose the books i am reading.
The problem is finding new books to read.

Um, I think you've missed a few contests. We had a poetry contest a while back, and more recently a short story contest. ^_^ It was actually quite a bit of fun really. Some interesting topics have been tossed around, but overall the guild is same ol' same ol' from day to day. Perhaps a touch quieter overall, but not by too much.

Ah, nothing really changes i suppose. At least, i think that is what the saying means...
Of course, "If at first you don't suceed, try, try again. But don't beat a dead horse." Or, "Silence is golden, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease." These sayings really confuse me.
Anyways, i have to leave for a short while. I really ought to go pay my tuition now. Must not let the internet rule my life! If you really believe that will happen, boy do i have a bridge to sell you.

zz1000zz The problem is finding new books to read. I know that was why I was so happy when I found my book (Frankenstien). Well before it got lost again. I have read so many of our books that I may move on to textbooks. Although there is that one biology book I would read when I was bored. Well I'll get at least one more Chobits tonight so that will be something at least. The thing about our bookstore is they get sluggish when ordering their manga/graphic novels.

I like the manga version of the ending on Chobits a little better than the anime ending in all honesty. 3nodding

I only have 1-5 of Chobits. The only series I've finished so far is FAKE. Being too young to work a real job it takes some time to get any money to buy stuff.

That does make it a ton more difficult, though there are ways sortof around that like a babysitting gig or a paper route, but overall there are very few ways to get money when you're younger. I guess manga really didn't get a stranglehold on my pocket book until I was older and had a job, so it really wasn't as bad for me.

FAKE is a seven part yaoi series. The main charecters are Ryo and Dee New York City cops. Ryo who is the typical nice guy get placed as partners with Dee who tends to brake the rules. As they begin working on a case Dee starts to have feelings for Ryo who is taken quite off guard by Dee's advances. I'm not too good at discriptions so I hope that was good enough. I gets pretty funny at parts. Kina serious at others. I liked it a great deal.
