I don't mind them, but every other person has one. It gets annoying when you meet your third cousin twice removed on your mothers side, related through a bloodline. Besides, when you rely on them you have to remember they have weaknesses that people are going to exploit. People without bloodlines are pretty badass on their own, as well.

Well Bloodlines don't have many disadvantages. It is just more abilties for you character to have. Some bloodlines can help you get out of certain situations. They can work to make up for the weaknesses of your class.

My only problem is that every other person is a bloodline class user.

The Bloodline class is well rounded but does not make them special. Your class is meant to specialize you in a certain field. If someone is of the Bloodline class, they only really have that field advantage over someone who is of the same clan but not the Bloodline class.

That's the problem, everyone has a bloodline pretty much. And not always, Ed. A sharingan/ninjutsu shinobi won't beat a pure Taijutsu user. Just because you can see someone move, doesn't mean you have the ability to dodge the punches they throw or can fight on-par with them. Rock Lee said as much. Some force you to use two elements, use a certain play style, or have an elemental weakness.

The bloodline class, being as well rounded as it is, doesn't provide any real limitations. You can still learn the entire style for a taijutsu and weapons. You even get refunds later on.

The bloodline class is meant to accommodate anyone and everyone.
If it were a class that had more ninjutsu slots than taijutsu or bukijutsu, it would be weird to see someone with the Kaguya or some other physical bloodline.
If it were a class that had more taijutsu slots than ninjutsu or genjutsu, it would be weird to see someone with the Sharingan or Hyouton bloodline.

It has limitations on normal jutsu and all that.

What I meant by that was that if a Sharingan/Ninjutsu goes against a Sharingan/Bloodline, the /Bloodline RPC will be more effective in with the Sharingan. The Ninjutsu user will obviously beat the Bloodline user if they were both using jutsu. The point is that the only sure advantage that the Bloodline has is that it will be superior with his or hers Bloodline abilities against another's Bloodline abilities.

Atleast there is a certain amount of ninja permitted in each Bloodline.
