It's a depressingly good read in my opinion, it helped that I stepped into this with low expectations. Half of it is a trip down memory road with all those short stories, while the main novel itself is a return to the roots, while also laying out the groundwork for Pariah, which I'll have to reread now.

Also very despressing as the last two novels in the series still need to be written and are still a few years off, as the focus right now is on wrapping up the Gaunt's Ghost saga. emo

Finally wrapped up reading the Magos myself. sweatdrop

Loved it, made me feel a decade younger again and like I'm still doing something with the hobby instead of the poser I am now. emo

The Apocrypha books are fun, a look at the humble (deranged, insane, absurd) origins of the shitshow we all know and love.

It's a fun pile of fluff to dig through for things, it certainly convinced me to drop money on the reprints of both Rogue Trader and Realm of Chaos Slaves to Darkness.

The end of the month can't come soon enough for me though, not one, but two audio dramas to look forward to.





I hope they're good ones, should make work a bit more bearable.
