"It's for protection. When you're out by yourself." Xynos figured she would say something like that.

She really never wanted to touch something that could kill ever again but sence it was a gift she couldn't refuse. "Thank you." She said taking it.

Xynos smiled for the first time since they had met. He was glad that she had accepted his gift.

He smiled! She thought.Him smiling brought a smile to her face she also blushed a little.

Xynos tilted his head in confusion. "Are you sick? You look kinda flushed." He put his hand on her forehead.

H-h-he's t-t-touching me She thought as she blushed some more."N-no" she said. Ahh whats wrong with me!!!! She thought

"Your forehead's rather hot. You should lay down." Xynos got up and went into the bathroom and came out with a cold washcloth.

Rina gulped then went and laid down on one side of the bed. Why can't i talk properly when he touches me?! She thought

"Here." Xynos sat nest to her and placed the wash cloth on her forehead. "That should bring your fever down. If you need anything else, just ask."

"o-okay. thanks." She said. I do feel a bit sick but i never notice it...I might have got it when i was in that cold lake. she thought

"You're welcome." Xynos laid down with his back turned to her and fell into a deep sleep.

Rina also fell asleep.

Xynos woke up and sat up on the bed. Light from the sun shown through the window. He walked into the bathroom and walked back and sat in the chair by the window.

Rina woke up then sat up coughing. She looked around the room and saw Xynos at the window.
