Does your parents want you to get straight A's?

yeah, my parents have very high expectations of me and they're very strict.
i hate it.

They expect me to. It's all about keeping a good record, building a reputation, getting a scholarship and into a good college, blah blah blah. Though about the good record, I don't know whether or not my school forgot about the guidance counselor incident yet... *Cough*

But yeah, it's raised me to feel guilty if I get an A minus on my report card. It tends to suck, but good grades aren't so bad.

My parents like me getting good grades, and make sure I do all the work to get those grades. But usually it's pretty easy, so they don't really push me too much.

My parents don't really force me too..but they push me for it...because getting an education is one of the most, if not the most, important thing to do at this stage

My Mother got extremely mad when I didn't get an A in Pre Algebra (I got a B crying ), she cut my TV, Video games, and internet. crying
