Toad: Yeah and the Mage Twin Princesses can land a really nice spike on the Volleyball court, with and without the Power Ups. You should see what happens when Shimora gets a Turtle Shell Power Up and the volleyball gets encased in it. Toad said mentioning the Mario Kart Red, Green and Blue Shells.
