Amatus was having mixed feelings about this adventure, now. They had meant to only sneak out for a little bit in order to find out where the letter had come from and to find out what it meant for them. They had guessed it would take a day at the most to do- an amount of time that wouldn't worry their family all that much since the twins were prone to going off on their own. But taking on this duty meant they're be gone for days.
He'd been worrying it over in his mind the whole time they headed for the ship, but as soon as he had landed in the giant, plush bed in the room he'd be sharing with his twin, all worries faded. How did they manage to get the bed so soft? Did they have a cloud business? How did the cloud stay inside of it? All these thoughts brought a slow smile up his face as he sunk further and further...
“Ok bored!” he announced, jumping from the bed. They'd certainly been given the princely pampering, a large room, their own giant beds, grand windows. I mean, there was marble everywhere! How did the ship not sink under it all? He didn't bother trying to figure it out, this was relaxing time! Instead he busied himself with looking over the itinerary. There had to be something here that could entertain him. Casino, pool- he made a weird sound between confusion and fright. Hot yoga with Adonis!? “He's DEAD!” Amatus screeched.
He whipped around, waving the piece of paper around in the air towards his brother. “He's dead! How can he be teaching yoga!? Is it an imposter!? This makes no sense!” He went on and on muttering to himself as he marched to the door. Somewhere in there he said something about finding out for himself what dark arts were going on in this place, before spreading his wings and taking off as fast as he could towards the fitness room.
He managed to bump into all sorts of Pae, but didn't really notice it. His mind was on one thing and every time he thought about it it burned hotter in his stomach. If this was a cruel joke then he was done with this ship and this stupid family. He grew more and more sick with rage as the fitness loomed closer and closer.
He didn't land with the most grace, he scooted across the slick florring, knocking some Pae out of the way. A group of females had started to pile around the door, either too scared to enter, but wanting to catch a glimpse of the fine man, or some confused and wanting to see for themselves what was going on. Amatus shoved and fought his way through them before being spat out into the room.
He stood in shock. There he was in all his sweaty, flexy glory. It felt almost like time had slowed as Amatus watched as Adonis leaned over to kiss a bulging muscle, his golden locks flowing about his face. Amatus had a slight gag reflex when he noticed the speedo, but also made note of how great he looked in it. He'd have to find one for himself later-
Wait! He was most certainly not dead. He was as alive and well! What? Why!? Amatus' mind was racing, his body beginning to tremble violently at the sight. He'd been there! He'd seen his body! What kinda sick, cruel joke was this!? Is this why he was summoned here!?
“HOW!?” was all he could manage.
Fea Line Yelling at Adonis for being alive XD

Pearl squealed and giggled, waving her arms as the water droplets hit her face. Odd that the feeling should be sort of annoying. She had her face in the water all the time.
"A game!" she exclaimed. Her heart did a little flip and her stomach felt light. It was funny but he made her feel so bubbly inside. She couldn't get enough of it. "I love games! What game should we play?" Her mind ran wild with possibilities. Any lingering worry she had about her mother was completely forgotten.
Kelebek fell silent for a moment. Hjortur had given her much to think about. What sort of Naiad they are? She'd thought there was only one kind of Naiad, truly. But then, that wasn't ever true, was it? She thought of her sweet granddaughter-in-law. She looked nothing like any Naiad she'd ever met before or since. And yet she was a Naiad, clear as water. Even Anxo, who didn't even have a tail, belonged to the Water as much as even the little fishes.
Perhaps Pearl and Autumn were the purest kind of Naiad there was. They never lost their tail, not even on land. Since they were gifts from the Water itself...it made sense.
Kelebek jumped a bit when the cherub ushered her further on-deck. She'd been slightly lost in her thoughts, it appeared! He smiled apologetically at Hjortur, then followed him to the rail. She looked down at the waves generated by the massive ship. What a perspective, indeed! "I'm so used to seeing the water's surface from the other side," she said. She looked further out over the sea. "It looks so much bigger from up here."

Uncertainty and embarrassment at her sudden action caused Aquarious to become self conscious of how she was holding his hands. Especially since he was just staring at her like she'd sprouted a second head or had suddenly changed colors. She slid her hands from his, hoping that this would only cure the awkwardness and instead only making it worse for her.
Thank goodness for the sudden announcement, which pulled her out of the spotlight. She turned to where the voice was coming from, and frowned a little. It was already time to depart? They must have been one of the last to board onto the ship!
As soon as the announcement ended, the floor below her feet suddenly lurched forward, causing her to loose her balance. For a second, she braced for falling, but then a pair of strong and warm arms wrapped her and kept her from that fate. She looked up at Thulani and was about to thank him when she realized how close their faces were.
Then he let go and quickly backed away.
"No, it's fine, thank you for protecting me." He brought attention to what looked like an activities schedule. What did she want to do? She really was thinking about lounging on the deck, maybe by the pool, for most of the time. She was sure that wasn't what Thulani would want to do though. "I'm not really sure. Is there anything that catches your eye?"
He was a strange one, but not in a malicious or bad way. More like a curiosity than anything else. He acted as though it was strange for someone to actually speak to him, despite that he was the one to initiate. "Well, this certainly would be the place. Venus' parties tend to have a lot of pae here, most of them looking for a good time. I'm here to try to get more inspirations for my scents. I make soaps and I wanted to make some new scents for the upcoming summer. Something fun and flirty. I figured that this party was the perfect place to start."
She paused, then smiled again. "Hey, I'm heading out to the deck to go check out the pool. Do you want to come with me?"

Pasha watched, mouth agape, as Chini struggled, slipped and slid the pink chunk down the hall and rolled him into a room, leaving a sticky gooey trail of nana mess along the way. When Chini got back, Pasha could only facepalm. "Made big mess! Others going to eye see and take back shinnies!" she groaned...until she realized just how many bags had been left behind.
Pasha grinned, picking up two bags and followed after Chini.. or rather, she drug the two bags along because halfway through they became too heavy and her grab tail wasn't doing anything helpful as always. Getting them back to their hidey hole and through the grate was another story. One was too fast and it took Pahsa several large heaving efforts to smash the bag through the grate, sending it toppling to the ground.
The other one got caught on parts of the grate, coming open in the pushing process, resulting in the contents of the bag spilling out into the hideaway and all inside the grate. "No!" the pink demon groaned, pulling the bag back in efforts to save it, only to purge more of its contents out. When she had finally got the bag bag on the floor it was mostly empty...and what was inside did not please her.
"This not shiny!" she picked up a pair of frilly undies and waved them at Chini as she crawled through the grate, tossing bits and pieces of clothes and undergarments out of the way. "Chini said would be shinnies! Is nothing but skin covers!" she groaned, flopping down into a pile of clothes, flicking some sort of shirt off her foot. She trudged over to her other bag and pried it open, finding much of the same. Shirts, shorts and various articles of clothing flew in every direction until a pleased squeal escaped the pink demons lips. At the very bottom of the second bag was a shiny gold necklace and some matching rings. Pasha quickly plucked them from the bag and slid the rings over her toes and put the necklace draped over her head. "Findsies keepsies!" she mused, pleased.
She made note to keep these out of the water.

Pelagious had been watching a facinating couple, of whome one seemed to be failing while the other trying to hard, so he didn't see his eternal love enter the room. In fact, the first clue he had to the presence of his dreamboat (thanks in no small part to the swim cap covering his ears) was the massive squeak and dropping of the tray. But by the time he turned around, there was only a female Goddess standing there, ushering him on.
Giving her a friendly smile, he shook his head. "I'm waiting for someone, my dear." He paused long enough to stick his hand out in greeting. "Pelagious is the name..." He paused another moment, a touch of pride to his grin, as though his name itself was special. "Though perhaps you could tell me. Have you seen a blue adonis, about.. yay high? With gorgeous dark curls? And a lonsome smile? And the muscles of a God?" he asked, slowly getting a little starry eyed with each descriptive detail.

Sparrow's softer glaze had sharpened as she noticed the (too) many others like her on the boat, her instinct nagging at her to be rid of them and claim it as her own territory. She had enough control, however, to simply ignore them and presume this territory as none of their own, but Venus's, with an exception of her room of course. No other would make gains on that space, not while the great and mighty hunter was alive!
And fed!
Where was that food anyways?
Glancing around, she noticed one like herself with some extraordinarily large tail-feathers, much larger than Sparrow's. Her eyes narrowed at the thought... oh how she wished her own feathers were so grand! But then, she must have been the better hunter; hunters could not hunt with such a hindrance on their tail-end.
Oh Guardians she was approaching! Sparrow could about feel her feathers starting to rise up, her instinct screaming in challenge to this threat upon (no wholly) newfound territory. Yet she simply remained silent, waiting to see what would happen next.
In contrast to the other harpies about this ship, Nighthawk kept her eyes downcast and her presence minute as she entered the ship, was shown to her room, and now left it to search for a place to preen in the sun but out of the way of the others like her. Her physique had improved greatly since her teen years, yet this neglect was still prominent in her obvious (relative) frailty and demeanor.
If she had known her mother was also aboard, it was even less likely she, too, would be here. With how she'd been so forgotten, however, she doubted they'd ever see each other again.
Walking around, her wings folded tightly against the back of her body, she searched for a position on the upper deck that was relatively quiet and, having found one, sat upon a lounge chair and began to brush the dirt of her feathers. She smiled softly and warmly down as she did so, as if her wings were the most precious asset she owned.

It wouldn't be a properly-performed spectacle if Luminita hadn't arrived for the boat as pae were already being ushered up and beyond it's rims, a bright grin on her face and seemingly no attention paid to the cherubs' impatient pushing and yelling at her to hurry up. "Oh! Hello hello!" the angel cheered happily, rushing over to the pair of younger graces and taking each of their hands (one hand per one grace) and shaking them enthusiastically. "I do hope to talk with you two later if I have any questions or anything. Actually, I have questions now that would love to talk to you now to have these questions answered about..." she started only to be pushed away - as she still held onto their hands - by a frustrated pair of cherubs. "...but it looks like I've got to go instead of asking you questions to have you answer!" letting go, she raised both of her hands to wave to them as she was 'escorted' onto the decks. "Toodles~! I'll find you two later then to have these unanswered questions of my thoughts answered before I forget and they become a mystery forever!"
Turning around, a single hand still waiving as she skipped on ahead, Luminita positioned herself in the middle of the ship and brought both of her hands to her hips, chest proudly thrust outward, as she looked about the multitude of pae around her. This would be the year she discovered the relationship between the mysterious bug bite and its resulting need to dance. Oh how Esmee would be so proud of her for doing so! Actually, what had her friend been doing; it had been a while. Probably science(!). With science... things... And stuff.
First thing, gather information by not talking to anyone. Easy. Looking around (and ignoring the horde of swooning girls that might have otherwise suggested an interesting event), the angel instead walked on over in the other direction to the bar. A perfect location, if she did say so herself! How smart she was! Hahaha!
Hahaha... haha... ha...
Hmm... Now what...?

"Hmmm...!" He mused as he brought a hand to his chin and he looked about. There were a number of others that were starting to gather around the boat... That could be interesting. Swimming closer, he motioned for her to bring her head closer so he could whisper his thoughts. "Okay. Three ideas.
One: we ask one of the other guys around here to play tag with us.
Two: we play a prank on them and then don't let them catch up.
Three: we get some food and come back later."
Swimming just a bit away and grinning, he finished by asking, "What do you think?"
For his outwardly carefree and, arguably, simplistic nature, the naiad had some interesting and profound thoughts to speak on occasion. Hindered not by the suspicious nature of his father, he had spurred him to a sort of undoubtedly accepting persona that considered an appearance to be distinct from one's personality. As such, he always learned to delve a little deeper into things rather than take them at face-value, even if such considerations resulted in no new value.
Leaning against the rail, he sighed contently, remembering the last time he'd been on a boat (how long ago was that?). How simple life had been back then, and how fond those moments of pure merriment and joy, celebrations by all aboard, had felt. Naturally, his flute was fastened by a string around his neck should any situation prove open to a little more fun. For now, though, he honored the relaxed atmosphere and let it hang silently.
Perhaps later...
Looking back to her to smile again, his gaze drifted to the sea. "Doesn't it? Can you imagine what might happen if everynaiad was to see and experience this just once?" Laughing, he shrugged. "No sense in such sentimentality. Was there anything you wanted to do; I would be happy to escort you."

Junior grinned, wiggling his nose so his shades slid down just a hair. "Maybe just this once" the demon teased, letting them sit low for a while. He might been strong enough to carry the feather of a naiad in one arm, but that didn't mean he didn't want to keep both hands on her as often as possible.
"All the more reason to get to the pool~" The smile on his face, if possible, grew. She was excited, smiling and happy. What more could he ask for? "No turning back~" Junior chuckled, picking up the pace to get out of the way of the pink things that were now racing around them.
Caine squeaked, claws to his lips again in excitement. This really pretty lady sounded awesome! Who else but an epic pae could make soap? Soap was pretty cool stuff, it made things smell waaaay better!
"That sounds so awesome!" He was all but wiggling with excitement. And then she offered to let him go to the pool with her! Oh Guardians this was his lucky day! "Yes yes!" He grinned, doing his best not to literally jump with joy. Such an act would surely cause her to change her mind. "I think the pool is this way .o." He squeaked, looking at the pretty fae. It wasn't like he'd been wandering the halls so much he'd lost where he was... yet.

Hooking her arm easily with his, Harmonia rested a hand on his and listened to his response. Easily she responded, "Time is irreverent to the matters of the heart, my dear Champion. Every moment away is just as hard as the last no matter the space." Her steps paused and she almost ended up jerking him back for before she got her feet moving. Could this mean her brother's issues actually made sense? The mortals have surely forgotten, but as she said, time ran differently. It was something to ponder, later.
Heavy subjects like family drama had no place in this meeting. To prove it to the both of them, she took a second to steal a quick kiss to his cheek. It was so easy to show affection to the mortal. "Oh the ship is moving, my two oldest brothers have the wheel, we are in great hands." Eros was the favorite for many reasons and Venus always knew what she was doing.
The Cherub that came with Adonis' invitation to yoga got swiftly shooed away. There was no interest at all in going to that event.
The ship was moving? It was an odd sensation to watch the land fade away while she stood on the ground. Well on the boat. Mayu seemed more thrilled with it than she was, still it was nice to see her so happy. What she had to do for Venus was well within her capabilities but her poor sister did need more reasons to smile. Not that she'd breathe a word of that to Mayu. One her worst day, Mayu looked a thousand times better than any bauble.
Lillibeth followed her sister's lead though had a completely different reaction. As the salt water hit her face, she paused and just blinked as if she couldn't believe the ocean had decided to so that. Her feathers! Shaking her head she very carefully worked to brush away the dreadful water before it ruined all of her efforts.
"Yes." The word was drawn out just a bit but she found her peace with it in good time, "It is, I am sure the isle is even better. Venus is truely masterful. I know you've done more than you far share, sister." Approaching the railing she looked down, then nudged her sister playfully with her elbow with a smile.
There was another note to make, "Have you seen how many other lovely Harpies there are? I am most surprised Shakira isn't here." The other matriarch, clearly not Venus's favorite now that Mayu had her own flock, was usually at these events as well. Did that mean none of her flock was here? They were rather plain harpies the lot of them, but harpies none the less.

Taking the offered paper into her hands, Aquarious glanced over the listed activities. Hm, there was a bar and some gambling... maybe she could line her pockets before they went home. At Thulani's mention of the spa, she could already feel the ache of her muscles. Oh how good it would feel to have someone's fingers skillfully working them back into shape.
"I think the spa would be a wonderful way to start. Maybe afterwards we can walk around and see if any of the other activities look interesting." She paused for a moment, then handed back the paper to him. "I mean, worse comes to worse, we're stuck on a boat for 3 days with nothing to do but learn more about each other."
The excitement of the strange male with curious claws brought a smile to Navidad's face. He was awkward, perhaps, but very friendly and she liked that about him. She also liked the fact that he though her work was interesting; always was nice to be appreciated.
"Please, lead the way!" She took her place text to him, then red tinted her cheeks. "I'm sorry, I don't think I've caught your name or introduced myself. I'm Navidad, but everyone just calls me Navi."
