Kitchen
Needless to say, the nymph's good luck practice was thwarted by the now prescience of the rabbit foot molesting her face quite vigorously thanks to this faun. "Blue Mother, cease!" she shouted, sputtering when the foot managed to find its way into her mouth. Dosvi jerked her head back, sputtering and spitting out bits of fur and whatever else may have entered, before waving her hands in a circle in front of her face to ward off the faun.
"Nary, not yet! The time is not nigh for that!" she gasped, grabbing hold of the faun by the arm and yanking her closer, leaning in as if she were about to whisper a great and powerful secret.....yet said nothing. Instead, she held out her arm, one lone finger pointing at the figure of a now moving cake with extra dollop of cream on top. "See thar, she blows aye lass. Cannae get her fill that one, must feast upon the flesh of pleasantries!" she growled, now leaving the faun's side.
She began to inch closer towards the moving cake, slowly as if her life depended upon caution. One hand reached out, shaking with obvious fear, yet poised and ready to strike. Dosvi waited, and waited, and waited some more, watching as the cake seemed to witted its self away from the inside. Then at least she thrust her hand into the cake, latching onto something and shouting at the top of her lungs.
"IT FEEDS!!!!!!" she squealed, drawing her hand out in a mess of moist mushed cake and icing, now dangling her critter Behemoth by the foot Dosvi clutched in victory.

Second Floor, Just inside the library.
Smiling as she wandered to the library, Xenia could not help but be slightly relieved that Kratos decided to follow her towards the library. This mansion still scared her but she had to keep her head high, for she cannot be that scared when everything seems okay for the moment.
"Well, you did say you were bored...But yes, I hope so too." her voice sounded cheerful despite the atmosphere. Opening the door, she immediately let herself in and blinked at the darkness. Was every room lacking in light here? She could feel Kratos following her to just inside the library. It was then she noticed another Pae within the library. She squinted and noticed feathery wings but noted they are not angel-shaped. Huh, a new person. She gave a small wave but she feared that the other Pae might not have noticed her.
She jumped a little and turned back to Kratos, smiling in the dim light. "Xenia is my name. Nice to meet you Kratos!" She replied without hesitation. Seeing as this isher first friend...well, scratch that, acquaintance, she returned the mischievous smile with her more happy one - she will never see anything as happy, nodded and turned back to the rows and rows of books. Light purple eyes glanced at the titles she could see. Nothing particularly interesting, but could there be books on the mansion's history?
"So many books, where to start?" She said to no one in particular. She did not see to noticed another Pae besides Kratos, her and Sparrow in the room
Fea Line That is an amusing mental image. XD Kratos, what art thou doing?! hahahaha
Strawberri Stardust Um, Is Haukea still here? Xenia has not noticed Haukea yet so, feel free to do whatever :3

Kitttcheeen nomnom
Mama Blues jerked her hand away at the female's cries. Had she overdone it with the rabbits foot? Why hadn't she asked for lessons before receiving this thing? Could she cause bad luck with it? HAD SHE CURSED HER!? "I'mma sorry did I do it wrong!?" A look of relief came over her face when the other replied it just wasn't time for that. Ok, good, so that was one way to use it! She'd have to keep that in mind.
She gave a soft yelp as she was suddenly being tugged towards the other. She turned her ears towards her in order to receive whatever great words she was about to speak to her. The anticipation was beginning to cause her arms to shake, what was it she was going to share with her!? Her eyes followed slowly to where her outstretched hand was pointing, and made a disappointed face. That was it? Where was the magic?
She was about to open her mouth to say something when the other began her treck around the kitchen. She looked like she was concentrating so hard on her objective that Mama just stood there silently. She was worried about saying something and ruining whatever ritual she had going on. What was feasting on desserts? (Mama assumed that is what the other was trying to say). Was it the thing from the shower?
At that thought Mama Blues held up her rabbit foot to her face, eyes flashing this way and that, prepared to attack whatever may jump out at her. She then looked back at Svida as she gave a great shout, stumbling back in a bit of surprise. Hadn't been expecting that! She flinched as she dived her hand into the cake, having a sudden memory from the last party when someone had dared destroyed a cake. She prayed this didn't belong to the same chef- that had been scary enough.
She was almost let down when she saw it was just the critter the female had been chasing around, but a bit relived at the same time. She was so worked up she didn't know what she would have done had it been the thing from the shower. "Nice catch." she said as she walked over. On her way she grabbed a few towels off of a counter and offered them to her, "Whatta we do now? Are we afta ghosts or runn'n from 'em?"
Fea Line Sorry for the loss of the accent at times rofl @.@ I really gotta get use to that or have more characters with accents so I don't forget rofl

Ruaidhri: Following Prisma wherever she goes Pantry Haukea: Library Ophelia: Main Hall
Ruaidhri grumbled and supposed he ought to just give up on the night, and let the rainbow weirdo drag him around. Up the stairs they went after that strange pae, and into a playroom. Because maybe they knew where the kitchen was. Riiiiight. But there was something off about this room; it made his fur stand on end. "I don't think they're here," he grumped.
With a warning from the winged faun looking creature, and a bad feeling from Lisandru, Prisma dragged them elsewhere again. The Rak thought he was going to go crazy soon. Food. He could actually smell food. Now he really was getting hungry, and his stomach grumbled its agreement.
Haukea jumped a bit when Sparrow closed the book so loudly. "N-not a good book?" he managed to squeak meekly. A moment later, two more pae came in the library. Oh, dear. This was getting crowded.... "H-hello," he peeped, inching away from them. Which was nearer to Sparrow though he didn't notice this yet. "N-n-nice party." Yep. Because this timid baker definitely knew what a party was like. Not.Falcona rofl he's still there, he's just so shy x3
"Pleased to meet you," Ophelia said. She grinned when diona seemed as intrigued by the shadowpae as she was. "So let's go!" she laughed and grabbed diona's hand, heading for the stairs. It wasn't likely that they would find them, but they could still have fun exploring, right? "Where do you think we should look first?"

Feral: Office
Feral watched as the fudge sailed through mid air, through the ghostly woman and onto the floor behind her. He was then nearly tugged to the ground as Bree tried to scale him like a wall and he fumbled trying to both help her and stop her as she seemed unable to make up her mind due to panic. "Brisoca, I beg you please, calm." he said sternly, placing a hand on her cheek before turning back towards the cloaked faun just in time to see the ghostly figure pass through him as if he were nothing. Though he had not experienced it himself, just seeing the spectacle made the hair on the back of his neck stand up and his wings flared out instinctively to try to make himself look more intimidating. Feral could find no subtle movements or otherwise to suggest this guy was controlling her, or why he would make her pass through his own being as well. It just didn't add up in his mind. His only thought then was perhaps something tragic had happened to her here and they stumbled into the wrong place at the wrong time? Or maybe she was just simply.....see through and had the power of phasing? Shaking his head to clear his mind, he stared at the ghostly figure who had remained silent this entire time, despite being assaulted with fudge yet attentive, so she must be able to hear if anything. Or so the alicorn hoped. "What is it you wish of us?" he asked boldly.

Kratos: Library
"Xenia. How pleasant. Rolls right off the tongue." he said, though his eyes were trained on another feathered being. The halo'ed demon noticed the other had been aware of the pair entering but otherwise seemed not to care and took off in the opposite direction. He tutted silently as Xenia cast her a wave, half grinning at the gesture though he felt it may have gone unnoticed.
The other in the room however, at least had the decency to say something, even if it was a stuttered hello. Kratos nodded his head in acknowledgement, half grunting but raising his hand in a sort of salute as the other inched backwards towards the feathered girl.
Turning his attention back towards Xenia and the books, he moved closer to one of the rows, running his finger down the spine of a book. "So many books indeed." he mused, glancing quickly at the titles, hoping one would stand out and catch his eye. "I suppose one would start from the beginning. Or wherever you please." he stated, turning to look back at a book as he plucked it from the shelf, nestled it into the palm of one hand and began flipping idly through the pages.

Going to Dinning room
Eyeing the cake thief dangling in her hand with her better sighted eye, she held it up and thrust it towards Fortissimo in exchange for the towels. Once she had a stern grip on the towels she began to wipe off her hand and arm, then draped the towels over the remainder of the cake, sighing softly and putting her hands together in a sort of prayer for the deceased and departed cake.
She then spun around, drawing her cloak back around her, flipping the hood back up over her head. "See here! A torture chamber!" she declared, moving over to pick up a wooded tool with a squared end covered in rows of spikes (one used tenderize things) and shook it at Fortissimo, letting of a rather musical chorus of soft yet high pitched laughter. "What luck! She would be pleased!" she grinned, setting the tool down and moving over towards a stove, leaning over to sniff whatever had been cooking excitedly, yet once the smell hit her nose, she grimaced vocally and scooted back, thrusting her hands out as if to ward the scent away.
"One doesn't hunt Nimwaps. Nimwaps hunt ones." she warned cryptically, moving over too a door, peering out of it and slipping through without a second thought. She crossed the tiny space between the kitchen and moved into the Dinning room, eyes wide at the spectacle within. "They prepare to spawn...." she muttered darkly, fingers now fumbling over her mumblinb lips as if she were plucking at imaginary chin hairs.

Second Floor, Library
Xenia smiled and wandered towards a chair, grabbing it so that she could look at the higher shelves (assuming there is a ladder but she did not notice it). A stuttered "Hello" broke her concentration and the chair that she was pulling fell onto its side. She squeaked and turned. Xenia then noticed another Pae, who looks like something is about to swallow him. Okay, maybe he is just shy and inching towards the other unresponsive Pae.
Nodding happily at the new person, she waved and bent down to pick the chair up and resumed her initial "quest" so to speak. Eyeing the books, she nodded sharply and "Hmmm-ed," placing the chair at the desired spot before climbing up it slowly.
"How about up here? Gah, a lot of dust, I forgotten the dust-" Sneezing three times in succession, Xenia wrinkled her nose and covered her face with a wing. Batting at the dust that she had disturbed, she noticed more titles, each quite foreign to her ears. Plucking out a book, she attempted to read the title but it was all jibberish to her.
"There are titles here that I don't understand, would you like one, Kra-" Glancing down, she noticed Kratos already had a book in hand. Oops, at least she did not drop the book she was about to offer to Kratos. Shrugging, she climbed down from the chair with the book and began to flip through it. She coughed a little when she opened it, waving her hand in her face to move the dust.
((Editted- format and added more to make it flow better ))
o0_Daisuke_0o Xenia knows Sparrow is there, just choosing to read instead .

Fresco - Main Hall/Bar
Half-smirking at the feathered Pae's response, Fresco filled the glass halfway, then slid it along the bar towards the other's hand, then turned to fill his own. "To not wasting what will hopefully turn out to be good booze," he offered, lifting his glass before taking a sip.
It was indeed strong. Something he was appreciating about these land-dwelling get-togethers: the food and drinks always seemed to have such strong flavors. So very...potent. Spying something else that had survived the earlier carnage, he reached for a bowl of nuts to his right...then paused, rethinking this when he spied the broken glass mixed in the bowl. Maybe not the best idea; he hadn't had nearly enough alcohol to not think twice about that.
Shame. The salty treats always seemed to go so well with the alcohol...and also reminded him of the ocean. Fortunately, the glasses had been upside down behind the bar and the bottle sealed before he'd taken it. At least they were safe.
Almost to punctuate the wisdom of this decision, he made the mistake of resting his arm on the wrong place on the bar and winced at the ensuing pain. A small cut, but enough to prompt him to move. "Err...maybe we should move somewhere else. At least, away from all the broken glass," he muttered, standing, but taking the pilfered bottle and glass with him as he moved away from the bar and out closer to the dance floor.

Main Hall
Aella took the drink, lifting it slightly to his toast before taking a large drink. She made a slight face at the strength, but she was grateful for it. It was just what she needed.
The harpy watched as the naiad reached for a bowl of nuts, then pulled his hand back. Had she not eaten the large plat she had after walking in, she probably would have risked it. Hunger was become the status quo for her lately, to the point that what she ate became less and less important.
Aella smirked as the naiad cut himself on glass. "Having trouble?" She asked dryly. Naturally, he offered they go somewhere else. She was tempted to say no and leave with the drink she had, but one wasn't going to be enough. And he still had the bottle. Plus, he seemed to be fairly amusing. "Onward to safer pastures." She said sarcastically. She eyed the dance floor as they moved closer to it. He better not be pulling me out there. She thought.
Once they were settled away from the glass, Aella turned to her companion. "So what brings a naiad on land for such a thing?" It was more than simple small talk. She'd only heard of this party vaguely and she wanted to know just what was going on here. It felt like she was so disconnected to everything, so focused she was on just surviving. Had anything major happened while she was tucked away in her neck of the woods?
