[CLASS] Teamwork and You (OVER pg. 14!)

"Another mini!" Trisha screeched and started spamming again.  

[Smerdle]

"W.P. Noctowl," Brenley muttered, carefully pressing a number of hopefully useful buttons on his controller and watching the screen for progress. Argyle's next obstacle looked like a normal minipet, but its name suggested old money and a monocle. Maybe instead of fighting it they could just ask it to move aside.  

[iloveyouDIE]

"Aw don't hurt him.. owlfriend." Muka hooted. "JUST KIDDING." He button spammed.

"Oh.. oh students, hush now, listen! See the darkness down at the bottom of that dip to Argyle's left? I have a strong inclination that's what we're looking for! Don't hesitate, send him down there right away! Ohhh, I am just vibrating with excitement!"

Endzela let out a small discontent sound at the death of the owl-themed minipet. "Butchers," she muttered under her breath.

Kettil just peered at her, "Shh. It'll be okay." He reached up and offered her a small treat to soothe her woes.

When the familiar was busily chewing on the treat he then began to push more buttons.

"Awe we killed another mini." Trisha pouted.  

[Pales]

"Casualties are a thing that happen. Don't fret too much, ghoulie." Kettil simply said. "They'll be okay, I am pretty sure it isn't dead..."

..Right?

Either way he pushed more buttons.

"Oh it's not dead? Yay!" Trisha scooted a bit closer to the neighbor who calmed her nerves. "Do you think we will find this thing?"

Pales

 

[Pales]

He couldn't confirm or deny but it was better than letting a ghoul be sad over the death of a minipet. "I think we are gettin' there. Just real slow like," he grinned cheerfully at her.

"Name's Kettil, and the owl here is Endzela," he introduced himself to the new ghoul. Endzela peeked around her reaper and let out a small series of sounds.

Selene Suggests:

"Oh dear.. oh no.. should we.. do some - nononono, Argy you can't give up now! Look where we are! I think I'm going to faint from excitement.. It's time to go down, down students, down! Ohh, so close!"

Argyle Says:

"Wait. Is this human?"

Selene Says:

"Argy, focus."

Millie wasn't sure what was going on on the screen and in truth, seemed to have forgotten this exercise wasn't just a video game and had an actual person involved.
Mille just really wanted to find out what the glowy thing was so she pressed down a few times just to make sure. Just in case no one else had already.

There was something up ahead, a pair of eyes framed by what looked to be a glowing blue rune. It seemed much larger than the other minipets they'd faced. At least it wasn't in the room with them or anything. Brenley leaned back a bit and continued pressing buttons.
