Dill couldn't help but watch her walk to the closet. He smiled a little and quickly removed it when she turned back to him. He took the towel and started to dry himself off, "Thanks... So where are we going to now?" He asked as he finished drying and wrapped the towel around his waist.

"My bedroom, I gotta get some dry clothes on before Kyle gets home. If he sees us like this, I won't hear the end of it." Lexi told him with a light chuckle, collecting her clothes into her hands. "Follow me please. I'd hate for you to get lost." She grinned back at him with a quick wink.

Dill smiled and grabbed his cloths as well, "Should I just leave my board out here?" He shouldered his bag too. He was hoping by the time they got to her room he would be able to put on his jeans again.

"Naw, you can bring it along if you want. I personally won't mind." Lexi glanced back at him with a smile. "Well, let's get a move on." She told him as she took his hand into her own, giving it a reassuring squeeze before they began to walk in the direction of her bedroom.

Dill quickly grabbed his board and followed her, the hands holding was nice and still a little odd. But he followed her closely, because like she had said, he didn't want to get lost in this place.

"Luckily my room is only down the hall. I don't like sleeping on the second story, I'm always afraid of falling down the stairs." Lexi told him with a light smile. They then reached a pair of double doors at hall, releasing her hand from his own so she was able to open the door. Kicking the door open slowly, she grabbed his hand again and led him into her bedroom. "Well, here we are." She told him as she let go of his hand and threw her clothes in a hamper that was in her own bathroom.

Dill practically dropped his things as he walked in. "Damn girl, really nice digs." He set his board and back pack down near the door, next to them his cloths. He started to walk around her room, just looking at things.

"Um, they're not like designer or anything. I bought all of this stuff at Ikea." Lexi replied as she closed her closet door for a moment, changing into a dry set of bra and panties. This time her bottoms were camo and her bra was black. She sighed to herself as she walked out of it. She then walked over to her dresser and began to fumble around, trying to find something suitable to wear.

"Still very cool, I don't think I could afford any of this." Dill admitted. He glanced at her and smiled at the camo bottoms. He could see more then a cheerleader, she had a little punk flavor in her too. He took his towel off and checked his boxers. They were pretty dry so he started to put on his jeans.

Lexi ended up grabbing a pair of jean shorts with a classic tee. She then grabbed her brush and began to brush out the knots in her blond hair with it. "Well, if you ever need a place to crash. You can always come here. Like I said before, it's mainly Kyle and I living here. So you're always welcome." She told him as she glanced back at him with a smile. She noticed that he still hadn't put on his shirt yet. God, his body... it was amazing. She quickly looked away, blushing lightly at this revalation.

"I'll keep that in mind... So your parents are gone a lot then?" Dill asked. He had a bad memory for things sometimes.

"Yeah, dad's away on business a lot. So I'm stuck taking care of my brother a lot of the time. It's hard work, but I get by." Lexi told him with a sigh as she sat on her bed, staring down at her feet. "My mom left us when I was in middle school. It hurt bad that she would just leave us for another man. But... that's all in the past now. She's out of my life, and for that, I'm happy." She told him, her voice trembling a bit. But no tears came to her eyes. She then just looked up at him and smiled, trying to cover the pain.

Dill walked over and sat next to her. "I'm sorry Lexi." He took her hand gently. He felt for her, he knew the feeling.

When he touched her hand so gently, that's when Lexi lost it. "Oh Dylan," She began as tears finally made their way to the corners of her eyes. She then moved her arms, wrapping them around his waist as she pulled him close, burying her head into his chest, not knowing what else to do at the moment. "I can n-never forgive her.. f-for what she did to dad. To Kyle. To me! I can't do it..." She whispered, although slightly muffled by his chest.

Dill let her cry and rant, he didn't care. He had a few sisters so this wasn't new to him. He put his arms around her and rubbed her back a little. "It's okay Lexi.... you don't have to see her anymore." He said softly. He had to admit that this was a little more awkward then normal, he wasn't wearing a shirt and it was a hot girl rather then his little sisters.
