1200 cals a day is a bit low =/

Do you know your basal metabolic rate?

If I wanted to maintain which why would I be here if I did, is 1,720 cals a day.

Obviously I want to loose weight so I lowered it to 1,500. I didn't loose anything from October to the end of November.

I've lowered it again to the minimal amount a day which is 1,200. Only since doing that and upping my exercise have I had any results.


I'm working towards a major in marketing but I am one semester away from a minor in nutrition.

i'm proud and disappointed in myself.

I almost binged but I managed to stop myself. I had a couple of bites of my leftover black beans and a slice of ham. (175 cals)

pretty much it was a protein craving.

I'm disappointed because if the cookie dough hadn't been frozen I'd have been screwed.

Maintained at 195.2lbs but i'm feeling a wee bit bloated, so i'm gonna weigh in one more time today.

yesterday i didn't eat much, but i drank alot... coughalcoholcough

and today... panda express... and more alcohol.

why alcohol is bad kids, not only because it makes you do things you shouldn't, it also is just full of calories.

I weighed in at 199.4 today after two days of drinking tons and tons of alcohol. crying crying crying bad me bad!!

I'm not changing my ticker until after I detox to get it all out of my system.

exercise -- 1 hr walk with ze doggies, ddr (400 cals)

bkfst -- n/a woke up at noon ish

snack-- n/a

lunch -- macaroni and beef. yummy~! 280 cals

snack --doritos (100 cals), miscellaneous crap (300 cal)

dinner -- penne & italian sausage (280 cals)

snack --

water -- 5/6

so i went jean shopping the other day and let me tell you... it was depressing. My had love handles and sometimes what looked like a tire or muffin top in some of those jeans. Yet they were loose on my legs.

Then my thighs looked big, bleh, I could go on and on

I finally found a pair of jeans. SIZE 11~! SCHWING!

exercise -- 46 push ups... gah!!, 380 cals on ddr. Was going to do more but i have mucho cramping from tom.

dinner -- souvlaki and an irish coffee (let's just say 700 cals)

snack -- grilled banana with chocolate sauce (150 cals), ice cream (200)

had a sweet tooth craving so i grilled me a banana and put some chocolate syrup on it.

A great and delicious treat I recommend to anyone who is craving something super sweet.

And it's only a whopping 150 calories.

How I make it:

1.chop up a banana, 1/4 of a cup of water, and a tblspoon of brown sugar.
2. put a very very tiny bit of butter in the pan, heat on medium heat, drain of excess.
3. add the chopped up banana and enough water to cover the base of the pan. Sprinkle brown suger on top of the banana.
4. flip them over when it's a a soft goldy yellow color. And keep doing this till all the water is gone and you have your desired softness.
5. put on a plate and drizzle some chocolate syrup on.

Wa~la! In less then 10 minutes you have a super sweet treat that depending on the size of the banana and amount of suger/chocolate syrup should be about 100~200 calories.

Yay~! 194.0lbs That's a 0.2lb loss and I'm happy with that because it's better then nothing~! heart

way too cold today. could only manage a half an hour walk until my frozen butt wanted to run home to the warmth.

exercise -- 1/2 hr walk ze doggies. (230 cals)

lunch -- chicken tortilla soup w/o the tortilla (280)
