I get mistaken for a high schooler all the time even though I'm 22 and one class away from my B.S. degree. One time, I was carded at a bar three times because they wanted to make sure my ID was real.... stare I always thought it was funny when people who I sold beer to would ask me if it was legal for me to do so. I would always reply "I can sell it and drink it too!"

Wow, lucky you~! mrgreen
I recently turned 24, but I'm still pretty regularly mistaken for a high school student (or in general someone who's 18 or younger). Now, I do consider myself to be young at heart, but my heart just isn't that of a high school student. crying

My Tea Bag All you youngsters whining about being mistaken for someone younger will wish you still had your youthful looks when you ARE actually older and wrinkled. Enjoy what you have and quit yer bellyachin'! scream [coughs] Dude, you are so right. I'm only 22 (going on 23) and it makes me feel good to not be thought of as an old fart. One problem, I have found, is in trying to find a girlfriend. Tucson sucks when it comes to finding hangouts for people my age. It doesn't help, either, when all my friends pretty much moved away after graduating. There is one girl at church that is around my age. I like her, but she only sees me as a brother(I can't see it). I am one to mistake age, as well. It's hard for me to differentiate girls of ages in high school to their late 20's. It seems like those ages' looks are meshing together. It's kinda like how the fashion for thugs, cholos, and skaters are meshing.

I'm 22 and people still think I'm in high school! People in my family tend to look younger.

I probably look about ten years younger than I am; people in my family tend to until they hit 60 or so.

I never minded looking younger than I am until I started trying to find a second husband, when I was 38. The 20-something guys would check me out, then flee when they found out my age. The 30-something guys would check me out, then flee when they found out I had a 12 year old daughter (!?!?!). When I chatted up the guys over 40, they'd flee when they found out I had a 9 year old son!

I definitely don't look my age... you can probably be your own judged on the post a picture thread.
Essentially whenever I go to concerts, clubs, or even get a pack of smokes, I don't only get ID. I get this whole "WHOAAA YOU LOOK LIKE A KID" speech.
It's rather frustrating, but others say it's a good thing. It's same as the OP, I'm 25 and get mistaken for.... "miscellaneous"

I definately don't look my age. I'm 28 and people think I'm in the 21-23 area. Also when I was a senior in high school, several coaches were trying to get me to sign up for sport teams the next year sweatdrop They thought I was like 15-16 *sigh*
