Down 1.4kg eek how awesome mrgreen especially since i have been sick this week and not been able to go to the gym at all!! Definately makes up for the small loss last week mrgreen

Day Two Hundred and One

Weight Changes
Up 200g U_U I know what i did wrong, had a fair number of days where i was over my calorie limits, and didnt get to the gym except for once. Back on track today with eating, and tomorrow with exercising.

thanks ^^ i think its just a matter of finding what works for you. For me, exercise and calorie counting seems to be working, and for once i am looking forward to summer shopping ^_^

well, after being sick and losing weight from not eating a lot, i have now become well enough to eat properly, but not well enough to exercise gonk So i'm expecting a bit of a gain this week. I got to the gym today, and will go again tomorrow and on sunday, so i still have time to rectify this potential gain this week. Even if i do gain back a bit, i dont really mind, i probably didnt drink enough while sick so a small gain is possibly just water

And yes, the weight gain could be your body holding onto some water, you were probably a little dehydrated when sick, so now it's going 'OH GAWD WATER I'D BETTER KEEP THIS!'

Yeah i dunno why my metabolism cant just "hey eyes, are we in a drought?" "why no, no metabolism we arent" "cool, i'll drop this extra water then!" -__- serious design flaw

I just hate going backwards scream but i still have 2 work out days to (a) flood myself with water, and (b) work out mrgreen maybe it wont be so bad
