Yes. Your Chakra Pool should be "275" because you add + 25 cp from your subclass, which in this case is the Medical Subclass.

Hm, this is just a suggestion but in your strength's area, your first attribute is a bit vague. What about healing is she particularly strong on? Something along the lines of more concentration that helps her in her work as a medic or other. Make sure it's reasonable.

For your class attributes be sure to also include the Medical's class attribute.
For your personal attribute; please set some parameters. You could say; "She is able to sense what others may not at times." Or simply, Highly observant.

Your limitations should be fixed. Your character is unable learn taijutsu because of what you chose for your character classes.

Tsukino was born into the head family of the Kazuki clan and much was and is expected of her.She trained in the art of healing techniques from a young age.She was sent to the academy at thirteen and began her ninja training.Her parents weren't suprised when she told them she wanted to be a medical ninja.Her friend, now deceased, helped her train while she helped him.They have grew close over the years and Tsukino hopes to one day be the best ninja there is.

She graduated and went on mission for the first time.Tsukino was well prepared for the threats that would present themselves during the battle but her teammates were not and unfortunately died during the battle.Tsukino was scarred but that she would never let it happen again.She is now the genin of Konoha everyone loves of the village that helped her grow on her shinobi path.By many she is called the 'Moonlight beauty' for her ferocity in battle but beautiful appearance.She makes her father proud as she continues her path to the way of the shinobi.

But I already have my Taijutsu at 0 meaning I can't learn any taijutsu styles or fighting styles. But am I allowed to learn taijutsu techniques, like the ones Ive already learned?

If not I will edit my profile again and switch to Taijutsu as my main class.

Well what you can also do is change "learns taijutsu in less than one post" into "Learns an extra Taijutsu Style" (that isn't too advanced for someone who isn't' primarily a taijutsu-person) and still retain your classes as is. Then make the correct arrangements for your jutsu limitations.

I edited it but I think Im having trouble with the jutsu limitations. I gave myself a 6 in ninjutsu and 2 in genjutsu( I added the genjutsu point I get from Medical class and the one I got from Ninjutsu class). Then I just put one in everything else.

Hopefully that's right if not I'll change it. sweatdrop

So giving yourself six ninjutsu's for that single element is right. But if you were to have two or three elements then you would simply multiply six by that number. For example: Element 1, Element 2 = 12 ninjutsus (under their own limitations.
Which would look like this; Element 1: ??/?? Element 2: ??/??
