Then maybe your dad should have just kept giving the kid cigarettes. And why was he giving the kid cigarettes in the first place? Sounds shady and bribe-like.

Do? Taxes. He worked at Jackson Hewitt, and was attending college to get a certificate for working on computers. He was giving the kid Cigs cause his mother informed us the kid was 18. According to her NOW, though, he's 14. Though I wonder why a now 15 year old smokes, drinks, drives, and doesn't go to school...

Zeke Uchina How was the game Von. Lan i hate AZ now. The thing is IDK V.V I asked and order for PS3 Beta and well its not out, so they sent out the PC beta key's. So tomorrow I'm going to try and go over my friends and play over there. I want to play now tho.

So your father was providing a minor with cigarettes solely on the word of a mother that he was eighteen. He's not too bright, is he? I am sure that if he were competent, he would have felt a little more anxious about offering such a person anything like that. And unless he had some sort of relationship - professional or otherwise - with this woman, he'd have no business giving this boy anything.

The kids looks 18, too. *shrugs* my dad's trusting. And the kid's male.
And now you can add that this kid also broke into my sister's house, as well as her neighbor's, and stole their computer and TV's. Though we can't exactly prove it other than some "circumstantial" evidence, with that Hearsay law we can screw him over.
The thing is, Zeke, no one seems to know how old this kid is. Like i said, he looks 18, his mother told us he was 18, and he drives (legally, I think), drinks, smokes, and doesn't go to school. Everything points to this kid not being 18.
