After speaking to Draco she decided that it was no point to chatter to someone who would most likely end up commenting on her blood-line, or insulting in any other thing he could pick at. Giving a quick nod to Killa, she turned away from him and focused on Gabriel, who had an expression of concern.

"The password is-" She gave a quick glance at Draco before lowering her voice "- Mooncalf, when it's curfew we could head up together, if you like" She offered with a grin. Kathryn couldn't help but think the others were talking about her, so naturally she tried to block out the sound with some lame chat.

"So, Gabriel, enjoying Hogwarts?"

Gabriel smiled gratefully at the girl when she revealed the password.

"So, Gabriel, enjoying Hogwarts?"

He thought about this for a second. "Well, its certainly interesting," he said slowly. "Enjoyable, as always. Really big, as always. And with the strangest people running around, as always. All in all, I'd have to answer 'yes'."

Draco shrugged as the girl insulted his memory. By now, he made a hole long enough and deep enough to be considered a trench. He looked at his nails, which were chipped. "Oh hell," he muttered, and he hid his hand before anyone could see.

"Enjoyable, as always. Really big, as always. And with the strangest people running around, as always. All in all, I'd have to answer 'yes'."

Draco raised a well manicured eybrow then asked him"Um...why wouldn't Hogwarts still be big?"

Sirius bit back a groan as Remus shifted his hips. His eyes screwed shut and his head turned to the side.

"Remus...I...I want you to..." his voice was husky with need and what little blood he had left was turning his face red.

"Just take me Remus...I need it...you..." he muttered just loud enough for Remus to hear him.

Ex-Professor Remus Lupin

(*laughs* I was afraid we may have pushed it a bit this time. Too late now. Time for boot scene! *inserts random Star Trek reference here*)

Remus smiled, relenting finally and releasing Sirius' wrists. Caressing the side of his face, he pressed a soft kiss to Sirius' lips. "That wasn't so hard, was it?" he asked with a quiet laugh, lips moving to Sirius' neck. "You really are irresistible like this."

He waited just a moment, one hand on Sirius' hip and the other tangled in his hair. It was sort of fun torturing him like this, but he really was as anxious as Sirius. So, with a sharp predatory look, he moved his attention from Sirius' neck and kissed him, setting about on his task of doing exactly what Sirius wanted.

( wink Now you guys have a few days or so to catch up with us and get yourselves upstairs to the dormitories for sleep. As it is, Remus and Sirius will not be returning until after curfew.)

Nodding back at the Gryffindor as she passed, Killa turned the corner and headed for the dungeons, a contemplative look on her features as she walked. The shadow had said moon and then something she didnt understand. It had been a four-legged animal, she understood that much, but not exactly what animal it had been. She went into the dormitory and sat down on her bed and started removing two of the stones in the wall. She smirked as a small hole was revealed, containing a notebook and an eagle quill. She took it out and opened the book onto a new page and started writing. 3 pages it became this time. She read it through an extra time, before putting the things back into the hole and placed the stones back in the wall. She grabbed her homework and her bag and headed for the library. Snape might be favoring the Slytherins, but he still wanted the essays on time and since it was due next potions class, she had better start on it.

Hermione finally managed to get out of the kitchens. She had only asked for a sandwich for dinner, and suddenly she had house-elves trying to pile her with not only sandwiches of just about every kind, but peaches, eclairs, whole roasted chickens, and other things she wasn't quite able to catch. She refused the lot, with the exception of a nice chicken sandwich. It was difficult enough for her to go down to the kitchens, she hated seeing the house-elves enslaved, but her stomach had won out over her head. So she had prevailed. Barely. Hermione munched as she made her way to the Great Hall, just to check in and make sure there weren't too many stragglers. Curfew wasn't too far off. Poking her head in, she found Kathryn, someone with very red hair, and Malfoy at the Gryffindor table. What was he still doing there? It didn't make any sense. He didn't like them, and they certainly didn't like him. With a sigh and a roll of her eyes, Hermione walked to the Gryffindor table, her partially eaten sandwich in one hand.

"Why are you still here, Malfoy?"

If Draco was shocked at the sudden appearance of the mudblood, he didn't show it. He merely looked at her and smirked "Does it tick you off, Mu- Ahem. I mean, Granger." he said, catching himself.

Hermione nearly returned the smirk. Nearly. Draco having to restrain himself on words like "mudblood" when he so clearly wanted to say them made her happy. A little triumphant, even.

"I wouldn't give you the satisfaction." Hermione plopped herself down at the table opposite form Kathryn and the red-haired person. She decided to finish dealing with Malfoy before she found out who the obviously older man was. "However, you aren't supposed to be here, as there is nothing particularly wrong with your table, with the obvious exception that it is the Slytherin table. As such, if you begin to harass other people, it will tick me off." She then turned away from Malfoy, intent on ignoring him now that she had said what she wanted to say.

"Hi Kathryn," She greeted, the other two now having her full attention. She turned to the red-haired man, "Hello, I'm Hermione Granger." She began, her hand partially out to be shaken.

"Hogwarts is like a labyrinth, incredibly difficult to get to your destination, but when you get there you feel proud," She began. "Well that was my first year example" She finished with a slight chuckle.

"Hi Kathryn,".

Kathryn nodded and smiled in her direction. "Hello Hermione"

Killa started finding the books she needed, wanting to get the essay done fast, but also knowing Professor Snape enough to know the man knew just about every potions book in the library by heart, so she couldnt just copy from the books, she had to write it with her own words.
She started looking through the books she had found, occasionally scribling down a note on a piece of parchment. Half an hour later, she looked down at her parchment and gently tore it up so she had little pieces with notes she could put together as she wanted before writing it all down. She put the books back on the shelfs where she had taken them before leaving the library again and walking into the great hall and sat down at the slytherin table and started writing her essay, one eye on the Malfoy shadow and on the people he was talking too.

He was going to say something but changed his mind as the girl passed the doors again. He sent a nice, cheerful, full-hearted glare towards mudblood, hey he can say anything he wants in his head, and left the table following the girl. He lingered behind to see if she would see him or just ignore his presence. Oh how desprete he was for entertainment. What we need are a few good, wimpy first years. God that was good he thought to himself.

Dumbledore walked briskly into the Great Hall glancing around at the small handful of people sitting there. He didn't see Harry, nor Sirius and Remus. No doubt they were all off spending time together as...well, family or something.

Though matters of family were not his concern right now. In his hand he held a very important letter from the Ministry to one Nymphadora Tonks. Seeing the woman sitting at the Gryffindor table watching the others around her with an amused smirk he went briskly to her and handed her the letter.

"Miss Tonks, if you could please come with me?" he requested. She nodded and stood, waving briefly to the others before Dumbledore escorted her out explaining the details of the letter in a hushed tone.

Thanks HK.

"Hello, I'm Hermione Granger."

Gabriel took her hand and shook it firmly. "Gabriel Castelle, former Gryffindor," he introduced himself with his ever-present grin. "I'm visiting and then I learned that some sort of tournament was going on around here. Seems interesting. Me thinks I'll stick around for a bit."

Gabriel watched as his friend, Tonks, left, waving after her. He wondered why Dumbledore would pull Tonks aside for such a thing, but figured that it must be important.

She tilted her head as she watched Dumbledore and that Tonks person leave. Wonder why? She shook it off and returned to writing her essay, throwing in a few extra sentences to make it tke up more space on the parchment. Some times se wished they had normal paper and pencils like the muggles did. It was so much easier. You didnt have to buy ink every few months, one pencil could last a long time and one package held several pencils. She sighed softly. Nothing to do about it now, she guessed and kept writing, being careful to lift the pen away from the parchment when someone passed her. The seventh years were often pushing you around when you were younger than them and one of their favorite things to do, was ruin your homework for you.

When she was done and the ink had dried, she got up and went back into the dungeons to get to the common room to put away her essay.
Back in her room, she gently put the essay into her potions book and put the book into her bag.
