Check the GoGaia app, Select More, then Chat then CrystBalfast. If its not shown go into New Message and and scroll down until you see CrystBalfast and select it |

So sometimes, GoGaia doesn't recognize a name change when sending PM Chats, just a guess or its a possibility. |
