Jelani564 Azeiel The Fallen Thing is even if it fits it doesnt mean that I can approve them. Your going to need to explain just what that first one entails.
While having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user will supply an amount of chakra equal to half the genjutsu's base cost in order to further modify the technique. The enhanced genjutsu can no longer be broken by the releasing technique [ Kai.] However, no matter what the genjutsu's description says, it can now be broken by amounts of pain scaling with the rank of the technique.
( If the genjutsu costs [40] chakra to perform, modifying it will cost [20] chakra. ) You need X amount of chakra points to modify the technique if I'm not mistaken. So said attribute will grant him the ability to modify the technique with less of a hamper on his chakra. That's all there is to it. (If the genjutsu costs [40] chakra to perform, modifying it will cost [15] chakra.)

Being of the Oni clan, he stood out among the other children in the village for the fact that he possessed the pair of horns on his head that all Oni clan have. This hasn't phased him or really affected him, though he tends to not be the center of attention as often as is possible. However, when he partakes of the sweet heavenly brew known as Sake his personality is much more open and friendly. Isamu tries not to cause trouble and would be considered a nice guy if anyone tried to see past his scary/stern/unfriendly exterior.
He grew up in a normal family, with his father being one of the 'sober-lifestyle' Oni clan and his mother was a Suiken user not from the Oni clan. He has a younger sister who wishes to follow in their father's sober footsteps and an older brother who died on a S-rank ANBU mission five or so years ago. He uses the mask mostly around the villagers and generally only removes it or lowers it to eat. |

Nice to meet you! it's a weakness in that he'd get distracted by the mere smell of it and could possibly be bribed with sake...but I can edit/remove that one... *3* awww, no flash bombs? alright and hi back! |

Personality: Flirtatious. That, in one word, is the best definitely for how Suou behaves. He is always flirting with absolutely everyone he is around, even in the most serious of situations. He uses his knowledge of the French language to try to seduce others and also uses his clan's traits to help, too. Suou is the type who can never be truly serious, but he is usually harmless in what he does. It isn't hard to get Suou into a fight, but he will never act aggressively towards anyone unless his own life is threatened.
