Alex grew up outside of Kirigakure where he grew up in a normal family well normal to him. His father (if he could be called that ) was cold and ruthless. His mother died in childbirth leaving him at the mercy of his father. While his father was indeed cold he was not bad man or unfit in anyway he simply believed that those with the strength to survive earned it. It was not long before he himself picked up this belief and way of thinking. After all like father like son. He found out about his abilities at the age of twelve where he dove headfirst into training. He developed a knack for it. It was also around that time where he first picked up a sword. When his father found out he was for the first time in a long time happy. The two of them trained each and every day and his skill in handling a blade grew to the point where he could stand toe to toe with his father. Upon reaching the determined age he joined the academy but shortly after his father was stricken ill and soon died from the illness. Leaving Alex with the harsh reality that he was alone once again. Yet thanks to his fathers teachings he was prepared and instead of sulking in misery and despair fought hard in his time in the academy and swore to become the greatest swordsman in the history of Kirigakure. He now weilds his fathers sword in remembrance.

Ichi was born in the village of Iwagakure to whom his father was the younger brother to the former Tsuchikage of the village. After the village began to decline his family decided to leave his birthplace anddecided to move to Konohagakure despite many protesting from other family members. Ichi being only about 3 at the time did not fully understand the situation.

Upon arriving Ichi's father and mother began to fill out the proper paperwork and were hired and ranked as Jounin and Chuunin within the village. His mother being a medical ninja quickly made herself useful in both the village and in the lfrontlines of battle for the village. His father though a bit slower, showed his usefulness as a spy and a guard to the Hokage here and there. Ichi himself was enrolled into the academy and began to excel rather quickly and right away made friends with his straight forward and energetic personality. Though some parents did not trust or like him around their kids because of his birthplace being of Iwagakure.

As time passed Ichi began to show a special trait his father hoped that he would not have. While sparring with another student in Taijutsu, Ichi suddenly released an explosive charge from his hand which burned his fellow student. Right way instructors thought he had used and explosive tag and quickly drew blades at him. He was brought in and both his parents called the office of the kage and the academy's principal. Ichi's father would later explain that though he and his wife did not show signs of the bloodline, Ichi must of have gotten the Bakuton Bloodline from them, which resulted in the sudden blast. Shocked, the kage understood and let the incident slide though Ichi was not allowed to spar with others to avoid injuring others.

A few more years would pass and Ichi would be a late bloomer in the rank of Genin. But overall he is prepare for the life of a Shiniobi and ready to serve his new home of the Hidden Leaf until old age or death.

Takumi was born in the Yaen clan, he was praised as a heir to the dying clan heritage. His mother having a goldish slight fur on her, her green eyes so big and youthful compared to his father's blue and smiling eyes. Taku had sisters but once he was born, he was treated like a prince while they pushed off to the side like rags. Taku was only three when his father Jin started to teach him the clan's heritage. His sisters jealous beyond reason decided to kidnap Takumi during the night and throw him away like they were, the eldest sister Yin took him to a waterfall and ran back. The parents were so devastated they made the clan even more secluded from the world, but sooner or later died of heart break when the sisters were murdered by a bandit. Takumi was found by a high class noble women who took the strange kid in, when he turn six he asked to join the academy, the mother nodded. At age seven he graduated on average scores, he was always afraid to stand out or to see anyone. Surprisnly he was the only one of Yaen's clan to be born with ears like a cat and a tail.

Personality: Izaya comes off as cold-hearted at times, but in fact, he just lacks all the emotions that others feel, or better put, he tries to feel these emotions, but fails at every turn. Even though this may be the case, sometimes you may see him laughing with others about something, or simply laughing to himself at a joke only he understands, other times he will just snap, wanting to hurt people around him for no apparent reason. He suffers from Bipolar Disorder, a not so very rare case among those few with his bloodline. The stress of the Sakkakugan has made it nearly impossible for him to ever be at peace, and it is a never ending battle between himself and his other personality, who fights for freedom constantly. It is not that Izaya does not want to make friends, it is just that he doesn't wish to get too close to anyone, only to turn around and hurt them in the end.

This is his story so far...

At the age of seven, Izaya had become the most feared member among his family because of his inheritance of the Sakkakugan, which only appeared within a few members of his clans at a time. He had first achieved it when he was in his home one day, arguing with his father about something that he had done. He didn't mean to, but he ended up killing his father right there on the spot. His eyes had activated without warning, casting a deadly Genjutsu around the house that he was unaware of. It was powerful enough to kill both his parents just like that, and he was left to live with his aunt and uncle ever since. At the age of twelve, he decided that he wanted to become a ninja, using his abilities for a better cause instead of wasting his life doing nothing. And so he came to be in The Snow Country.

Even though this may be the case, sometimes you may see him laughing with others about something, or simply laughing to himself at a joke only he understands, other times he will just snap, wanting to hurt people around him for no apparent reason. He suffers from Bipolar Disorder, a not so very rare case among those few with his bloodline. The stress of the Sakkakugan has made it nearly impossible for him to ever be at peace, and it is a never ending battle between himself and his other personality, who fights for freedom constantly. It is not that Izaya does not want to make friends, it is just that he doesn't wish to get too close to anyone, only to turn around and hurt them in the end.

I don't see anything that screams OP, but let's not dwell on such a tedious matter. I made the necessary edits to the first attribute, but the second one remains as is. If you take his bloodline into consideration, it is quite plausible for him to have that as a Personal attribute.
