i mean like the three man teams for the Chunin exams, and later the (i think they called them battalions) of 4 man teams for missions. Do we get to pick our teams and train with them or is that an entirely seperate process

Kinda like in the anime, your village leader will organize your teams and what not.
All you have to do is mention it to your kage in the actual rp, and he should take care of it.

ok baller. so let me get this straight....god luck...

~We start as genin with the 6 initial skills, choose our bloodline and class
~we get hooked up witha chunin/jonin to train us in the arts
~then we learn the jutsu by doing the required number of training posts to learn the jutsu
~then we do missions and rp

question: When do we get chosen for the chunin/jonin exams? Then how do you level up beyond that?

Ok. I saw that section. But if you learn with a kage is their a benifit? im just trying to look out that if one is clearly better, that everyone would jump onto that. But if their was a trade off, learn faster or learn better....then their would be a descent idea. But i dont know enough about the guild system to say one way or the other
