1 slice pepperoni pizza
broccoli & carrots
[very small portion of]orange chicken & rice
confetti cake

orange juice

[too much]cinnamon bread

Dinner:
broccoli & beef w/ rice
latte
rrr something else i forget

Water:
i should really start remembering this

Excersize:
lower body muscle workout
45 minutes running (4 miles! surprised )

I woke up too late to have breakfast.

some kind of pasta with turkey and some kind of sauce
mixed veggies
confetti cake

Snack:
orange juice
apple
[too many] goldfish
chocolate soymilk

Dinner:
roast turkey
mashed red potatos
mixed veggies
teriyaki beef & rice

Water:
1.5 L

Excersize:
upper body muscle workout
30 min elliptical

Comments:
it seems like I had too much for dinner but the portions were really small (gotta love the cafeteria). Also, ellipticals suck and I hate them.

iced peppermint mocha

lemon ginger chicken w/ rice

slice of cake

as usual... i forget xp

Excersize:
20 minutes ddr
lower body muscle workout
30 minutes treadmill (3 miles biggrin )
