The REAL way to get Taller

my sis is 18...and im taller than her...AND IM ALOT YOUNGER!
my parents said my sis barely slept when she was my age blaugh

6 ft 3 in, you must drink lots of milk and eat lots of chicken, makes you grow up to be huge >.>; im still growing at 17

i jsut noticed i use to be around 3 inches taller then my younger brother(hes younger by abou 2 years) and now hes my height
he plays tennis everyday almost so thats mostly why i think

ahh its all food dont you people think if you eat a lot of food won't you grow sideways instead of upward whatever just my own opinion
