In response to her calling out to him, the magician greeted her after returning to the upper deck. He said that he finished setting up the kitchen and moved their things into the new ship. She froze for a second at the thought of him seeing her secret projects but he quickly dispelled such worries by saying he only unloaded his belongings as he did not want to go through her things without permission. Next he said that there were five rooms and he thought that each of them could use one room for themselves and a second for work, leaving the fifth room to be given a purpose at a later date. "Oh? Okay. It's fine by me." she replied, not being modest in regards to being given two rooms since it was part of their deal.
With his next words being of him kinda giving her permission to do as she pleased, she rose her hand to her forehead as if they were part of a military organization and he was her superior. "Yes Captain!" she added jokingly before heading straight to the lower deck, where she would pick her two rooms, leaving the room furthest from the staircase as the empty one. Since her belongings were still on her boat, she chose to leave the things she bought in her new workshop. Dropping the package off in a corner of the room, she left to grab her tools and other materials so she could finish organizing her workplace. However, as she lacked the furniture needed for said workplace, she ended up leaving everything inside bags.
Next the girl went to the room that would be for her personal use. Like the other one, it was mostly empty. Fortunately all of the rooms had beds and wardrobes, so Samantha was able to organize her clothes and special outfits. However, before long she heard a commotion coming from outside and moved up to the upper deck to see what was going on. Crazed men and women running rampant in Baterilla, cutting whoever stood in their way. Some apparently even kidnapped others. She immediately took her iron marbles from her bag and did the same with the impact bombs that were very similar to the marbles. As some of the suspicious people tried to get onto the ship, Samantha sniped them with her marbles, aiming for the heads. However, as a mob would form, she threw a few bombs instead to clear the surroundings of the ship.

Seeing as she was satisfied with the current setup and ended up choosing two rooms for herself as she began moving some of her things. It actually reminded him of his own bags full of junk, s**t, spell books, material components, artifacts and the like as well. So before choosing a destination and getting the ship moving, he too would take to moving his belongings into the two unclaimed rooms, selecting one for his own bedroom and the other as his personal arcane sanctum for the time being. He really did want that mage's tower. Or something similar. But regardless, this would do just fine as a starting work space and the creation point for his first Golem. He would need an awful lot more metals for the body alone, let alone materials to scribe appropriate runes into the body and bind magical energy into it. He couldn't wait to begin.
Sadly however it would seem that the Golem would have to wait a bit longer. He heard sounds coming from outside, including an explosion or two as his interest had certainly now been piqued. He grabbed his mage's staff now that some of his things had been unpacked and he ran up to the deck so that he could see Sam flinging her steel marbles at some very much uninvited ship warming guests. She would even start to employ her home made explosives as well while he walked over to look at the town. "Well, it looks like we aren't the only ones with uninvited guests today..." He remarked calmly as she blasted a small group of these weird strangers by the docks. "They certainly aren't any organization I'm familiar with..." He paused then, tilting his head as he can hear chanting from them as well echoing through the town. "For Master Aharo. For Aharo. For our Lord." He rested his thumb and forefinger to his chin thoughtfully. The name wasn't one he was familiar with either. "I think I'd like to take a closer look into this...Are you alright protecting the ship?" He asked her, making sure she would be alright on her own before deciding to run off into the town to try dealing with this weird group.

Lentz would take a breath, ready to completely leave before he heard explosions. His shrouded figure turning to see from a boat at the dock that a few of his cohorts had tried to over take his members dying. Although unable to be seen his face contorted beneath the mask he had on in anger. The boat completely stopped, his body would bend, then extend as he leapt off the boat, soaring through the air and then landing on the dock next to the boat the explosions were coming from. Those alive from the man's faction stopped and looked towards him. "Go into the town, leave the dock." His rugged voice called out towards his underlings who quickly obeyed and ran off leaving the man to stand there by himself on the dock. Looking up towards the top of the boat at the woman who was dropping the bombs and the male that was nearby her. "You will be forgiven once for the deaths of my men. I recommend you leave this town to it's own devices, should you choose to ignore my warning then," He paused. Not as if to think, more for dramatic effect. "to put it simply, you will regret your choice." He explained to the two, awaiting their answer with both hands hidden within his long sleeves.

While Samantha tried her best to stop the weirdos, Geno appeared and observed the situation. He commented on how they weren't part of an organization he was familiar with. She could hear as they spoke something about Aharo or whatever, as if that was the name of their deity and target of worship. She continued to strike the head of the attackers as they tried to approach the ship with her marbles, retrieving them with magnetism in an endless cycle. When he asked if she could protect the ship while he would look into it, she would nod and give him a positive answer but, another weirdo showed up.
Clearly a few steps above the rest, the man jumped from somewhere onto the dock next to their ship. At his command, the men stopped immediately. It was obvious that this was their leader. With a rugged voice, he said words filled with arrogance that made Sam want to shove impact bombs down his throat. However, could his arrogance be based on a power that he did possess? She could not know. The reasonable choice would be to leave, he had a large army of followers after all. If they changed targets and focused on them completely, things could get ugly.

Casually twirling his magic staff about as she nodded, he was about to say a bit more until something else suddenly arrived. In fact he came right out of the sky like some kind of unmitigated badass. And with robes like this and a ridiculous head mask like that, there was no mistaking that he was either a high ranking member if not the very leader of this organization here. Though his words after the orders to his men confirmed the latter as he must be the head honcho. As the man started to threaten the two, Geno couldn't help but grin to himself as he stepped closer from besides Samantha. "Heh...I see...So the final boss didn't want us farming off his precious minions and saved us the trouble by showing up in the first level all by himself? That's more than fine by me then, I've been a bit lax in collecting more experience lately anyways~!" He spoke in what most others would consider video game terms as he started chuckling before he jumped down onto the docks as well, turning to face the man maybe twenty feet away from himself now.
He reached into his side bag and pulled out a thick tome as the air around him began to flow, cape rising up behind him slowly, then quickly as his power rose up more and his book opened from the winds building out around him, pages flipping through before his thumb stopped them where he wanted. "I'll have you know that I regret very little in this world, but I'll be more than happy to show you what an Archmage is capable of~!" He smirked wider, a nearly insane look in his eye as he could feel the adrenaline building already as there was a sudden starting of music!? The sound was booming out from his very own ship as it seemed he had already made a minor adjustment before Sam had finished her shopping. Why exactly was anyone's guess but it certainly started to add some fitting atmosphere as Geno himself spun his staff about at his side before tossing it high up into the air. "I'll assume you are this 'Aharo' fellow then. Geno The Magnificent, Fourth level Archmage~ Shall we begin then~?" He called out to the strange man after providing an introduction. Then the wins about him kicked up and swung his free hand out, open palm. "Fire!!" He shouted as a wide blast of fire immediately shot out of his hand with the declaration of the named spell. His cape flying out behind him from the force of the flaming beam like attack that was as wide about as he had to be tall at least.

It seemed the female of the group was the smarter of the two. She took no further action after his arrival. However the other, this boy spoke in a certain manner that confused him. Not only did he do this but he additionally moved from ship on the dock. The talk of the boy did not seem to phase the man, although the removal of a book and the rising of wind did interest him. Not that anyone could tell based on features of the man. Then when the music started an audible sigh would escape the mouth of the completely cloaked figure. The staff the boy spun reminded him of something to an extent, something quite famiiar to himself in fact. The whole scene reminded him of himself actually. He looked at the boy as his arm swung into position. At the same time Lentz's own arms would swing into position as well. His sleeves sliding down his arms revealing the full hands.
In his left a blade that looked a lot like a hook, in his right his own sort of staff. His hands positioned nearby each other even though full, and as the flames burst from the other's hands he would unleash his own attack. A shockwave would practically explode forth from in front of the man towards the other. The attack visibly seemed to be large enough to potentially engullf the ship the boy had just leapt from, and dwarfing the flames that the boy expelled from his hand. As the shockwave traveled it would rip apart the dock from the point in front of Lentz onwards and travel nearly into the town itself. Using the large attack as a way to overpower the flames was Lentz's intent, as well as display what he was capable of as he usually does. After the shockwave would disappear Lentz's position would remain on the still intact portion of the dock as he would speak. "You had your chance." Words would escape from the male as his eyes would both begin to glow a bright gold color. An aura of gold as well would completely shroud the man's body as he waited for his now opponent to make a move.

As the music began to fill the air and echo about, setting the mood for their battle, there'd likely be countless confused people still in the town let alone the cultists when they heard it. Of course this was 'normal' as far as the magic user was concerned. Any complaints would be ignored as he had more important issues. Like the man casting Aeroga at him right from the get go. Clearly someone didn't wanna play with just basic magic today. As the strong wind like blast started ripping through the blast of Geno's Fire spell, he put his hand down, ending the cast as he bent his knees quickly before the dock beneath his boots was shattered and he spring up suddenly very quickly up and above the blast thanks to his enchanted boots. "Blizzaga!" His voice would be heard shouting from above as a small blue orb rapidly descended down from above and into the water, suddenly spreading out as it froze the water where the docks former stood, creating a fairly solid ground of ice spreading to the coat and just shy of the ship where Sam was.
Geno himself was still in the air, cape billowing about as he fell down from the air like a badass before flipping the pages of his book with his free hand briefly. "I see you too are a spellcaster, this should be interesting then~" He smiled widely as he held his right hand to the side, palm wide as it started to spark and charge with yellow electrical energy. "How about this then? Thundara~!" His voice echoed out as he named the spell, arm fling towards the man as a dense yellow orb surrounded in static discharge was sent hurdling towards the man now cloaked in an aura of golden energy. Whether it struck him directly or the dock remains that he stood upon, that orb would explode outwards, releasing the condensed electrical power in a fairly large electrical explosion no less than fifty feet in its radius from the point of impact. If the man wanted to play with higher level magic then the Archmage would be happy to oblige.

It seemed he wasn't quite as talkative as Geno was. That certainly wasn't any good. How was he supposed to indulge in witter banter with the man if he wasn't gonna talk back!? He'd try and goad him out some more, but right now he was watching the man utilize what could only be a Staff of Thunder as it fired out lightning bolts at his charged orb of Thundara. Granted the electrical explosion that resulted actually seemed to catch the man off guard to get some damage in. Though it certainly didn't seem like much. He was either using Protect, Shell, or simply had a lot more hit points than anticipated as a blast that strong would usually show some signs of damage on most opponents. But that only made things more exciting as the man jumped up into the air as Geno himself was still descending from his initial jump. What happened next was a bit unexpected as a sort of blade beam attack was used. He wasn't really sure what spell that one was, but he needed to move. He quickly flipped to the next page of his spellbook using his left thumb, right hand raised upwards, open palm as he shouted out. "Aero!" A strong gust of wind was soon expelled from his open palm, and it ended up forcing Geno from being midair and speeding him up into a wide leg stance of landing on the thick ice flooring with a but of a thud.
He looked up, only narrowly avoiding those weird energy blade attacks as he began to ponder if perhaps this man was multi-classing. Regardless, he'd have to analyze him more through combat as he used his right hand to flip the top edge of several pages over. This time his opponent was the one caught in the air as he readied his next spell. "And now...Fire!" He seemed to return to the fire element in his spell cycle, pondering if the man was going to be able to just spam that powerful wind blast each time he used this spell or if it was more of an attempted one shot wipe and he would resort to a more conservative method to deal with the spell this time. His open right palm would once again release a powerful blast of fire towards the man as he was still in the air, allowing Geno to determine just how mobile he really was.

Lentz observations of eboy began to come together. It seemed like he wanted to stay at a distance at this point. Which meant he would simply need to close the distance. Although he was also rather positive this kid would have some sort of capabilities to assist him on that front. As his opponent sped down into the ice Aharo's arm would swing backwards. It would interact with the air almost as if he were smacking it, allowing his spinning through th ar to come to a halt. His body no virtually just falling for the most part he looked down towards his opponent who soon seemed to come around to the first attack he had used. As flames would rage towards him he would begin to push himself through the air by hitting parts off his body off it. Navigating himself around the flames and directly towards his opponent.
Both his weapons at the ready, he would likely to only work once on this person. If he was smart enough to be able to use a wide range of abilities like he was then he would surely be able to see through his next happening after seeing it once. As he made a beeline towards his opponent, the masked man's staff would be spun while in his hand, seemingly for flare, before he kicked off the air behind him and his descent towards the other would turn into a quick moving disappearance?! His form would reappear directly in front of his opponent's and the hooked blade in his hand would be swung towards the so called "archmage." However the surprise would come either when the boy would interact with the figure's attack, or when he would attempt to dodge it. He would find that figure suddenly fade away into nothing as the true attacker was behind him! Having positioned himself using the method of effectively bouncing off the air in the middle of his disappearing act to get behind him. With the unsharpened hooked part of the blade coming in towards the kid's neck as if to grab on to him, then drag him into what was effectively him slamming the kid into the ice just below them.

As he looked up at his target, he'd notice that he was apparently able to imitate the effects of his Boots of Jumping with his hands alone. Perhaps a small burst of his own Aero spell maybe? Regardless, the ability was allowing the man to move about through the air with rather troublesome mobility. As the gap was closed, Geno would end the spell, letting the raging flames disperse as his attacker came closer. Close range wasn't exactly his favorite way to fight so he'd have to deal with this one quickly. He really did wish he had enough time to prepare his Golem for a situation like this as close quarters combat was rather...tiresome. And also lethal! That was simply no good! He'd quickly thumb through the pages with his left hand as he continued to follow through the same elemental progression. As the man got closer, He raised his hand up and ducked under teh staff swing as his hand aimed at the man's face. "Blizzard!" A small blue projectile would fire out, passing through the intended target and 'exploding' into an icy formation over top the frozen platform a distance behind the man. "Oh no..." He had then realized what had happened as the man had clearly cast some combination of Invisibility and Mirror Image together to set up this attack.
As he quickly flipped to a new page, the hook would come about for his neck and the man gagged a bit at the sudden jerking force applied to his neck. He would be rather forcibly thrown down to slam into the icy ground beneath them both as he say the man behind him as he went down. His back would slam rather hard as he grunted out, glad the hook was off his throat from the motion of the throw at least as his right hand shot up while he was on the ground, snatching the man's right ankle. "Heh...Thunder!" He grinned despite the pain as a powerful electrical charge would be sent surging through the man's body so long as Geno's hand remained in direct contact with him as he still seemed to be following a specific order of elemental casting of fire-ice-lightning-air. Whether this was required by his powers or a chosen aesthetic remained to be seen as he made sure to try and put as much damage on the man's body as he could and possibly dissuade him from getting in so close again since yanking one's leg free from the magic user wouldn't be too difficult after the electrical shock started.

Fortunately, the electrical shock was enough to make the man flinch and yank his foot back away from the mage. Unfortunately he was now poised to stomp his beautiful face in! Panicking in a near cartoonish manner, Geno failed on the ice for a moment before quickly putting his arm out to the side. "A-Aero!" A quick burst of air from his right palm would send him flying away along the side as he spun a bit and created a good couple dozen feet of distance as the ice was impacted by the attack. That could have been this man's head! Sheesh! It's almost like this masked villain was trying to kill the guy or something! Oh wait...yes he was. What a jerk.
As Geno spun a bit more he had to take a moment to lose the momentum and get back up to his feet in a wide stance to avoid falling over again. Of course by the time he was up and standing, the man had come running at him, swinging about that weapon like Geno owed him money. He quickly curved his midsection backwards to narrowly avoid the slash, but it left him off balance and vulnerable to the focused wind burst that blasted his chest. He coughed out in a bit of pain, remembering why he hated these close range shenanigans. "You know, I'm sure you noticed, but I'm really no good up close like this..." He said with a slight chuckle to the man. He quickly reopened his spellbook, seemingly dependent upon it as he flipped a few pages with the hand holding it. "I do wish you were a bit more talkative though, this could be so much more fun don't you think?" He questioned his opponent before he suddenly jumped up again, a shatter effect appearing under the ice where he had been standing caused by the force of his magical boots and he launched himself skywards again. "Fire!" He had started his third rotation now as he fired a beam of concentrated flames down from directly above his opponent. They say third time's the charm right?
