He's now quietly determined to be the best person he can be, because Beauty reminds him that actually? He's not his father. And he is going to be better than him. He's very affectionate toward her but is still somewhat of a social recluse and can be very defensive. Beauty is proud of the progress he is making, and is stern towards him when he needs it but affectionate otherwise. Short Summary of their plotline: This is Immi and Day's last breeding. They are finally settled down as co-leaders of the WillowGlen herd, sister to the Vitterfolk. While Malis has become more in charge of the protection of the two herds, Dayunsi is the one who is responsible for keeping the territories lush and stocked full of healing herbs and the like for both the Troll and Flowersong families to use. If plans go well, these foals will be the for-runners to the new generation who will be born during the middle of the war. Depending on their arrival, they will either be the cause for the heightened protection of the area or a blessing after so many injuries and possible deaths. The Flowersong family are not only the growers and healers, but the messengers and so train as such.
What are their Parents Personalities?
Mother: Happy-go-lucky this sunny soul loves to dance and sing and perform in general. She is very bubbly and adores playing games and the like. When confronted or annoyed Immi has quite a sharp temper but her temperament changes quickly after, she rarely stays angry for long. Often amusing herself while thinking up new lyrics, this soquili has a few secrets up her leaves and will not hesitate to put them in riddles or other twists of the tongue just to see who is paying attention. This can sometimes be bad when she is feeling especially impish. Over time she has mellowed a little but would always prefer to see the brighter side of life.
Immi is very maternal and is the leader of the Flowersong family as well as the WillowGlen herd. She lives in the largest glade of the forest and helps tend the flowers there when not busy with leading the herd. She is deeply in love with Dayunsi and most of her evenings are spent in the quiet of his glade enjoying his company. It is not often you will see them apart now a days. Immi is usually one of the first to meet a newcomer into the glades, always happy to help out or cheer a flagging soul.
Father: Dayunsi is a quiet, stalwart soquili who is blessed with a green thumb. He is a very good mediator and can be looked upon to give good advice. Dayunsi would like nothing better than to graze in amongst the thick forest trees, which accounts for the amount of twigs and vines that get caught up in his long hair. It is not proven but Immi believes he might actually be afraid of large open spaces because the few times she has asked him to join her on a journey he has declined, preferring to stay in the shady safety. He is now content to stay with Immi as he has finally admitted that he loves her.
Though times have gotten a little chaotic, with the birth of their three girls he has found that time has gotten busy for Immi and while he loves his daughters, and his adopted daughters, there has been little time for the both of them to spend together. With the return of Zandali and the news that has been coming in from all sides, this is something he has been working on rectifying.
Do the parents have professions?
Mother: Immi is the leader of the WillowGlen herd, sister to the Vitterfolk. They have claimed the same territories but because of Immi and Malis' differences in leadership, they each have different roles. Immi is the one who takes in the 'non trolls' and most of the foals born, overseeing their teachings and leading them to Malis if they show an affinity to the spirits.
Father: Day is the green hoof of the herd and is the one responsible to oversee the growth of the healing herbs that are used by Malis and the other healers. He also helps lead the WillowGlen herd in Immi's absence though prefers to help out in the back of the scene, rather than the forefront.

What is their family dynamics?
Mairéad - Their elder sister. She is often the one who will be teaching them how to dance, to move and the importance of learning the graces and interating with others.
Lyrica - Their adopted sister. Lyrica is the 'nanny' of the herd and weaver of stories though she cannot have children herself. She enjoys taking her little charges down to the ocean at the end of the WillowGlen's territory.
There is a chance, if they are fleet of foot, that they become a messenger with Cadance. If they show an aptitude to having a green hoof they may help Nidawi with his tasks of gathering herbs for Dayunsi. Or if they show an affinity to the spirits they will be sent for extra training with Malis herself.
If Rynn has her foals around the same time, there is a good chance they will be raised together and one of them may be a turning point in her own storyline.
Traditions: Foals are shared between the Vitterfolk and Willowglen herds as they are very different in their focuses and this way a foal can have a more rounded education. They will also foster out foals to other herds if a good arrangement is made with frequent meetings between the two herds.
Herd/Family culture: A herd based around the love, laughter and life that comes from music and the nature around them. They teach being kind to strangers and giving everyone a second chance. Immi holds true that no one is truly evil (something that will be tested very very soon)
Religious Beliefs: A few of them believe in the spirits. All of them believe in nature and the powers that Mother Gaia holds.

Short Summary of their plotline: Plot from 'The Cuckoo's Nest' as written by Epine:
Solemn, a now fallen soquili returns to the land as a Skinwalker. Acutely aware of the hostilities towards his race, set in place for good reason, he strives to break the mould and encourage others to change their views. His intentions? Well, these intentions are very simple - he elects to pretend that he is reformed and no more harmless than a passing lamb. However, for such a scheme to work he needs a willing decoy and this he finds in Equinox.
Desperate to hide from her family following a horrible accident, the mare has led a life of isolation. However, each day passing whispers bring scouts closer to her door and with her options running out she needs an extreme solution to ensure they stay well away from her. She doesn't have to look for long, for it's a pact with the devil that she finds her answers. Solemn will hide her on the condition that she pretends to be his mate - she quickly agrees.
Not everything goes smoothly for the pair.
No sooner has Equinox fallen into the habit of being a decoy than she finds herself in the presence of a half Angeni determined to be her friend. Despite her attempts to dissuade him he will not be budged and an unlikely bond begins to emerge.
At the other end of the tale, a spate of murders draws suspicion close to the Skinwalker's door and he places an ultimatum upon Equinox's table - she must have his children, or they both risk their cover being blown.
Alas it's in a moment of strength that Equinox refuses and Solemn storms off in a rage, though there were assurances he would be back to try again later. Surprisingly, he does return but refrains from bringing the topic up again, though the reasons are unknown to both Skinwalker and mare for the time being.
Many months later the reasons become apparent, Solemn disappears one evening and returns at dawn with a set of children. Almost identical to him, it's clear they are his though Equinox can only dread to think who the unfortunate mother was. Nevertheless he makes her duty perfectly clear, she must raise them as her own or else. In capable of abandonning innocent children to the whims of a potentially vicious creature she has no choice other than to agree...
What are their Parents Personalities?
Mother: Syntche sprang from the cursed tree within the most corrupt of graveyards. This tree, said to be the very mouth of hell, had birthed many a skinwalker before she came into existence and as a consequence the land was left barren, deserted and regarded with absolute fear. The only creatures that were deemed courageous and powerful enough to set hoof in the land were the mighty Angeni that were sent from the heavens to save it.
Her existence was quite simple - she had been charged with the same duty that all Skinwalker had been given and yet so many had failed at achieving. Her Divinity, in all his wisdom wished to unmake the world, to destroy the corrupted beings that now graced the soils of his failed creation. His lessons were simple, it was only with the complete destruction of the world that he could remake it in his image and ensure that everything could be 'perfect' once more.
It was with this in mind that the skinwalker pursued her targets, without remorse, guilt or even hunger. She rarely ate, her faith sustaining her as she preserved the corpses of the fallen as offerings to the Maker. She would perform a ceremony with each death, ensuring that the fallen creatures body and soul were ready for the embrace of Divinity. This done, she would leave the body to the elements and as an example to all those who opposed her deity's rule.
Mercy is a weakness.
Death is the way to salvation.
The very essence of her being is driven by this sole purpose - she will stop at nothing to achieve it and the only way to end her reign is to destroy her.
Father: Solemn's suave manners and silver tongue can put anyone around him at ease. He enjoys toying with others, finding out what makes them tick, their weaknesses and flaws. When he does find the urge to strike someone who is intriguing and witty enough could talk him out of a meal. When the moon is full and he is forced into his change, however, he becomes a beast, the Hyde to his Dr. Jeckel. Even at his worst everything is negotiable and yet if the moment is perfect it will only prolong the inevitable.

Mother: The purification and slaughter of all non-walkers.
Father: Appearing as a 'reformed' skinwalker, using Nox has his 'proof'

What is their family dynamics? At first the baskets will be given to Sol to rais as Syn will have no desire to keep the 'failures'. He will force Nox to raise them in the beginnings while watching for any prospective foal to show any bloodthirst which he will then cultivate in secret. These foals will be raised by Malis when they discover that Solemn is not who he has been saying he is. When they grow up and find out their father is against the Trolls, it will be interesting to see which side they stand on in the war; their own flesh and blood or the herd who raised them.
Traditions: Solemn has no need for traditions and Syn will not have any interest in keeping the foals as they will not be pure.
Herd/Family culture: Mixed, it depends on how long Solemn will be able to affect his spawn's education before Malis mucks it all up.
Religious Beliefs: *see above though if raised by Malis enough they will learn about the importance of the Spirits.

Mother: Mary is delusional. She thinks she is a Goddess, specifically a Dark Goddess of death and rebirth. Anyone she meets, she mentally casts into her insanity, believing them to be a "Child", a heretic, or a fellow God. She is violent and vicious, claiming to be doing it out of love. Really, she is just insane.
Father: He loves liver. He lives for liver. He is a liver lover. The yummiest livers? The livers of other Soquili. He is cannibalistic, insane, and succinct.

What is their family dynamics? Mary will keep them away from Ashvay, including the basket or baskets that would be gifted, and they will need to be rescued from her. Mary will probably delude herself into thinking that she is a good mother, however the babies will not do well when her idea of being a good mother, which will include burying them alive and trying to drown them. Lian will come through and rescue them, taking care of them as her own.
Traditions: A tradition of Mary trying to bury her children alive, and having them rescued from her clutches or fleeing.

Religious Beliefs: Mary's religious belief is that she is a Goddess and all mere mortals should worship at her hooves.
