Today I finally cooked one and... I don't know what they hell I bought!
I thought it was some kind of thick steak, but when I cooked it on my George Foremen it turned white pretty fast, like within 2 mins.
Cut it open no blood and it looks cooked but it creeps me out.
Why did I buy?
I took a bite and can't tell if its chicken or steak.
To scared to eat it.. its just sitting there mocking me. O___O
I'll try to cook the next one on my stove like I normally do but I'm hesitant to see the results.
SO tell me what red meat turns white? gonk
