"Don't worry. I'll convince her." Lyle assured him. She hoped that her aunt would say yes. Besides, out of all her cousins, she was the most liked. It could have been becuase of her eyes, they always seemed to entrance others. Plus, Lyle was different from her cousins. They were more about modern time, but Lyle liked all the traditions that were spread throughout her family.

Skye smiled. "we'll then I won't make other plans." he almost tripped over a tree root, seeing it at the last moment.

Lyle had the urge to help him around the tree root that he had almost tripped over. Though, it seemed like he saw it at the last minute and stepped over it. She began nibbling on her bottom lip as they continued to hike in the dark.

"So do you hick in the dark often?" Skye asked her, navigating over a log.

Lyle let out a soft giggle. "Most of the time, but I guess I should have been more prepared this time." She said softly as she followed his lead over the log. Everything was as clear as day to her and it sort of made her want to be in the lead in this hike, but she figured she would leave that to Skye.

Skye looked down, "Yeah me too." he chuckled a little. He looked at his watch, lighting it up a little. "Ahh Its getting late. When did you say you had to be home?"

"Anytime before midnight would be good." She replied softly. It was getting late, but she didn't want to leave yet.

"Do you want to head towards your Aunts? Or keep walking a little longer?" Skye asked as they walked. He didn't want to take her home. But he still wanted to stay on the good side of her aunt.

Lyle didn't like the thought of having to go home, but she knew she had to eventually. "Um, lets start heading towards my aunt's." She said reluctantly, though surprised that she knew the way back home. Lyle was suprised by herself today. She figured that she had learned more that she thought, considering she could smell her aunt's home from where they were. All this put a smile on her face as she thought about how well she was already doing with her wolf training.

"Do you know the way from here?" Skye asked her. He hoped she did other wise they needed to head back to town and then find their way to her aunts from there.

Lyle held her breath for a few seconds as she thought about it. Yes, she did know the way, but how would she explain to him how she knew if he questioned about it? Well, she was just going to have to avoid that as best as she could. "Yeah, I think I can manage from here." She replied softly as she tugged his arm in one direction and started to walk.

"Good... we have a small chance off getting lost then as well as being too late." He smiled and followed her now. He just hoped he could get back of town after some hunting.

Lyle slightly giggled. "Don't worry, I'm sure we wont get lost." She replied softly as she continued walking towards her aunts house without any hesitation. She easily walked around tree roots and logs.

"Well thats great." Skye said, glad they were missing roots and things. He really didn't want them to be bate for the ungodly creatures. The last thing they need was to bleed all over their the forest floor and be approched why the beasts. He wasn't all that scared but he didn't want to have to worry about Lyle, and he only had a pocket knife.

Lyle glanced up at the dark sky and smiled. She couldn't wait to get home, drop her bag in her room, and then take a run through the forest. It was such a beautiful night. She soon spotted her aunt's cabin in the distance with a faint light. It seemed like it was coming from her aunt's room. Lyle figured her aunt must be reaidng as she waited for Lyle's return home. She smiled even more as they came closer to the cabin. "There it is." She said softly.
